Zero stars really needs to be an option for reviews especially for PFM South. Do not bring a vehicle here. I've tried them once and had to go right back as soon as I got my truck back after 3 or 4 weeks that they had it. I have other issues, but even with warranty coverage, these half wits will never work on my truck again. These guys aren't qualified to install training wheels on a bicycle. Unless you like paying too much and being disappointed and being without your vehicle for longer than promised to end up with a poor quality work. Don't go to PFM. You're better off to pick anywhere else to take your vehicle.

This is 100% true lol I hope they say it’s not because I can show proof with recordings. I pay for my warranty (silver rock ) and they cover EVERYTHING as long as something is wrong. I give them my car on a Thursday and tell them “clinking noise around in my control arm area” they see me car and they say “we couldnt match the complaint noise so nothing is wrong” so I go to pick it up but before I leave the lot, I tell a tech to drive with me just around the car lot and he told me “it’s a sway bar issue”. Still I had to pay 120$ because my insurance won’t cover the lie/BAD diagnosis they did because they didn’t want to do work and figure it out. I’m ok with sending my car somewhere that actually wants to do some work but I’d like my money back because it was obviously a clanking noise they couldn’t figure out how to fix it or was too Lazy, so what did I pay for?

Had taken both of my work trucks to pfm numerous times over last several years for different work and services with no issues whatsoever. Great and timely service and pricing. However a few months ago they botched everything so badly( inspection by an uncertified technician who barely could speak or write English, didn't address all issues initially which required multiple times of picking up and dropping back off, incorrect diagnosis and a lack of communication in which the truck sat there completed for almost 2 weeks before I myself called and found this out) that I vowed to never use them again. Well a situation arose where Pfm was the best option under the circumstances at that time so I decided to give them one more opportunity. Figured that this could be a good opportunity for them to earn back trust and regain our business. What happened instead is the opportunity was used to try and rake us through the coles. After receiving their initial estimate I right away had questions about legitimacy. After having it for almost a week before starting (initial inspections done) I decided to get the truck and take it elsewhere thinking and hoping I made the correct decision. Trust your gut folks. When to another shop based on an employees referral, only paid $880 for all necessary work, parts and labor. Pfm had us on the hook for just shy of $4000 for mostly unnecessary work and parts. Never again pfm. You have lost us for good. I would give zero stars but I have to give them at least one to post this...

They did a lot on my f250 6.0. I dropped it off for a coolant leak that was on the drivers side front between the tire and frame. I asked them to find the leak, change the thermostat, drain and replace the coolant and get the old fuel separator drain plug loose and replace if needed! 3 weeks later I picked the truck up and left. I noticed I still had a coolant leak in the same spot and they charged me 75.00 for doing a 30 minute pressure test and found nothing? I called back that and told them I still had a coolant leak in the same area and I'm going to put that on their review! Agent on the phone said at least let us make it right! I dropped it back off! I told them for the third time where or what area the leak was coming from and that the thermostat that they replaced is probably bad because the Degas bottle was full of coolant and the truck didn't warm up inside like it should! Now, today, my egr was full of carbon, there's a fuel leak on the truck, and a few other things that need replacement! I told him the egr has nothing to do with the coolant on the drivers side frame rail. Plus, I told him that if the egr was too bad it would have pushed past the egr cooler and out of The tailpipe! I told him that my truck didn't have a fuel leak because I would have seen that! Plus, I told him that they had the truck for 3 weeks and how did they miss it? Some how, minus the fuel leak and the cost to fix. My bill is 905.00! I paid them 1258.00 dollars to fix it two weeks ago this Tuesday 3/5/24! I will never go back there! Js! Update! I picked my truck up 3/7/24 and it had a severe diesel leak! I found another shop to correctly fix everything pfm was paid to do and also fix the mysterious fuel leak that I didn't have when I dropped it off to them! There's a shop in Lebanon that I dropped my truck off to an hour after I picked it up from pfm! I wouldn't take a tricycle to pfm ! You we warned!
