Just moved to the area so I was excited to find a European specialty maintenance shop for my GTI. The service was perfect, I really appreciated the full inspection, but it's ridiculously high priced in my opinion so I probably won't go back. If that's not a factor for you, this is the place to be. But I was shocked at the labor prices, spent hundreds more than I would have expected.

They put oil stains all over my driver's side (door, hood release, foof). When I took back to have them clean they did a very poor job so I will have to pay out of pocket to see if the stains can be removed. Also replaced brakes and making a noise that they have not corrected. Terrible!

Excellent! The mechanic that worked on my car is a wizard. Customer service is great. Very friendly and accommodating. If you own a foreign car, I highly recommend Pete's.

My first experience with Pete’s was when I towed my 2011 335i xdrive from BMW’s service department after seeing the price tag to handle a Valvetronic failure and the additional issues that resulted from that failure. The problem was a bear to fix but the entire team at Pete’s was determined to get my car back on the road for a fair price. I greatly appreciate the tenacity of their team and the communication from Ethan that went into this repair. My car runs better than it has in the past decade and while not inexpensive, it was less than I would have spent with the dealership!
I just finished my second visit for something minor, thankfully! Even with the much smaller bill I still got the same level of service. How they handle their customers and take pride in their shop impressed me enough to be a customer for life!
