You get what you get with a chain run store, but this particular location was either having an off day or they staff just has terrible manners. Very unimpressed with the attitudes I encountered today and will not be back at this location.

This place is the best! They have products that I can't find at the big box stores and they're always on hand to help, without having to ask!

Good selection and friendly staff. I don't know about their grooming but the retail has a good selection of cat and dog food, toys, etc.

Manager and staff were very supportive and helped me with my purchase and correcting my personal information in the rewards program. A very enjoyable shopping experience at this store! Everyone was helpful and went the extra step to help me out!

Worst experience ever with a retailer of any kind! I had a standing auto-ship order for 3 items well over $100. day before auto-ship I check the website and it says that they are putting the order together. The day the shipment is suposed to arrive I notice a refund for my order, that was a real surprise because I'm expecting dog food, cat food and some kitty litter. So I call the store and speak to Justin that would not give me his last name. When I ask why my order is cancelled he explains that the dog food was not in stock. I ask the logical questions of [a] why do you have auto-ship and then not have the item in stock, what's the point [b] why didn't anyone notify my, I would have accepted a substitution. He started getting snippy with me and askied me to lower my voice when it was very much at a reasonable tone. So Iowered my voice to just abovewhisper and asked again. Then I told him that Chewy would never do this, b ut I was trying tpo keep my money local. He promptly told me to take my business to Chewy. i git pissed and told him where to go. Minutes later I called back to determine his last name so I could advise the owners of the company. At this point he threatened to have me put in jail if I ever called or step foot in "his" store. Wow, what a world class jerk! I'm left with no dog food, no cat food, no kitty litter and memories of a close encounter with the biggest store manager jerk in my 60 years of existence! Take your business elsewhere, this angry guy managing the store is reason alone to shop elsewhere. After shopping there for 22 years, I'm done!

I go out of my way to shop at this place instead of online since it’s a local business. I’ve shopped here for all my pets for 5 years. The guy at the counter was so incredibly rude to me today while I was making an exchange I will never go out of my way to shop there again. I would have rather just bought a new bag of dog food than get treated like that, I thought it was ok to exchange dog food if there was an issue. My dog has eaten the same thing for years and I just bought a new bag and she was refusing it, I figured it was a stale batch. (It’s happened before with pro plan and I was told just to exchange it no problem) I hate that shopping at stores, even local ones cause so much unwarranted stress to your day. I felt like a terrible person for exchanging dog food- what a stupid way to ruin your day.

There's a limited 'small pet' section, but there seem to be a lot of dog and cat options!

The reason for 3 instead of 1, is because of the wonderful young lady who helped me during my recent visit. I visited this store in an emergency. I bought my puppy a car seat for a last minute long drive home to my family’s house. It turned out to be way too much of a safety issue, so I ordered a larger travel kennel to this store. I showed up to the store 20 mins before my order would be “ready”, in hopes for someone to maybe give me another solution as I’m a new dog owner. This lovey young lady (I wish I had gotten her name) took the time to share her personal experiences, as well as suggest some wonderful alternatives as well. She really took her time and told me the pros and cons of each, and she offered to check on the status of my online order while I looked at the options she had picked out for me. I’m not sure if he was the manager (if he is, even more disappointing) but a worker named Justin very rudely came up to me in a condescending tone saying “I’m not sure if you even read your email but you have to give us an hour to get your order. I have other things to do right now”. Now I have worked every type of customer service, and yes I go into retail with the mentality that everyone has off days, but I did not come in demanding my order, nor did I even ask for it early. I had mentioned to the young lady I had one and I was early and understood it was more than likely not ready. After that interaction he walks back and says “yeah well I have nothing for you.” So I said “would you have any large travel kennel?” To which he said “no I said we have nothing.” Not only would I have waited for an item they do not have during the emergency I had, but he was beyond rude to the point where I will never visit this location again. I do hope that you have patience up to your ears if you have to deal with him, or are numb to condescension and rudeness.

Well, shopping at pet supply plus on Friday evening, I requested assistance from a young lady who had very little knowledge of dog food. She then stated I’ll call someone for help never did, and proceeded to help three other customers. Finally, another young lady came up and said do you need assistance I said yes, she was able to answer my questions. However, there was a young man standing at the cash register, who looked at me while I was struggling to pull the 48lb of dog food off the shelf. I asked him do you work here? he said, yes, I said, could you help me, and he acted as if I was bothering him and he did not offer to help me to carry the dog food outside to put it in the back of my truck. Overall I was not happy with the customer service.
