Pet palace is an awesome company with amazing employees! They love and take care of every dog like it’s their own. They are understanding and know how to handle dogs that may have behavioral issues. They are patient and willing to answer any questions/concerns you have. I will never board my dogs anywhere else!

Seems like a decent place, but tell them any particulars you want done for your pet, ask about anything you should bring, like pet meds, etc., no change, very nice and clean place !!!

They do hygienic trims for cats. Helps my chunky cat that can't reach her bumm to clean it. LoL

They take such great care of our "kids," aka dogs to most people, and we trust them so much. Fabulous service all around, and we love the ability to see our boys on the Webcam while we are away as well.

Can’t say enough good things about Pet Palace Indy, our big boy Zeus came home healthy, happy, and clean! It was our first time boarding him without his bonded littermate who passed away last year, so we were nervous for him. Pet Palace provided detailed updates when we called, and every single staff member was so so kind (you can tell they really love and care for the animals ). We will have no nerves when we go out of town next time knowing he’ll be at Pet Palace. I think he may even be excited to come back, the amenities/adds ons you can add to the stay are truly puppy luxury ✨. Thank you thank you, from us and Zeus!

I have brought my cat for boarding here multiple times and love it! They are by far the most reasonably priced for boarding, and have pretty large cat suites. All the employees are super helpful and will call to keep you updated on your animal. My cat isn’t the biggest fan of leaving home, but they always keep me updated on her eating and bathroom habits and have great 1 on 1 and play time options to have your animal a little more comfortable

So I recently switched groomers because my last one always made my dog Luna look blotchy and uneven. I also would always ask to make it as short as possible and it never was so I finally made the decision to find a new groomer and I am SOO happy with the results! The employees there are very nice and my dog’s groomer Emily did a fantastic job! I will definitely be requesting her from now on! Great place!!
