The most unprofessional, heartless man runs this place. If you get your dog cremated through any Noah's animal hospital your pet is sent here. I called for 2 months to finally get confirmation they lost my dog Bill's ashes. Tim (the owner) did not care and said "I burn 400 dogs a day idk where your dog is" I have never experienced heartache like this before. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY YOU MAY NOT GET YOUR PET BACK! I have no peace with the loss of My dog thanks to this "compnay"

No option of picking where to get my pet cremated when it was so sudden. My vet offered this service and I agreed. Day two and my dogs ashes are everywhere. I am trying to hold it together but I cant. This stupid box couldn’t keep my pet in ! Do you know how heartbreaking it is to see sand and not know where it’s coming from until you see it’s your pets ashes ?! It’s heartbreaking! I am not ready to just SWEEP by pets ashes around. For the price I paid now I’m questioning if it’s even my pets ashes since this box is so fragile. I am writing this as I am crying over this event ! No one should go over this pain ALL OVER AGAIN.

I received my beloved Lula's ashes today. The emergency vet I took her to uses the services of Pet Heaven, Inc. and I have zero complaints. The vet office told me five weeks for the return of her ashes and it was just shy of that. I was given the choice to take her home and use a cremation service of my choice or simply take her home to bury. I opted to have the vets office send her off for cremation. The box is beautiful, it's simple but nice. The handwriting on the sticker is very nice and legible - nothing extraordinary or fancy. It does have their business name (very small) on the lower part of the sticker but I don't mind that. I'm not sure why some take issue with their business name on the sticker. Thank you, Pet Heaven, Inc. for your service.

I just wanted to start out by saying Frank was amazing! He was very sensitive to the loss of my cat’s litter! He was very sensitive with the way he worded things and was very delicate to the hard situation for me and was very reassuring! I got the ashes back in less than a week, but also be mindful times may vary depending on pet, that was just my personal experience! It was very affordable and the urn was simple but very good quality and the wood used was very beautiful! Frank was very attentive to my needs and went over everything thoroughly! He answered all of my questions and was great at communicating! I wish I could honestly give this more than 5 stars! I did want to address something I saw mentioned in the other reviews about the urn and “plastic lid”. It is not actually a lid, it is the plug and bottom of the urn. Which, regardless in my opinion is still nice! I’m very happy with the customer service and the urn and he has helped make this hard time a little easier! In the unfortunate event of any of my other pets passing I will definitely be going through this company again! Highly satisfied and highly recommend.

I also wish I could give this place zero stars. It took 2 weeks between my cat's death and her cremation and another 2 weeks for her to be returned to the vet's office for me to pick up. I will forever have the date she was cremated etched in my mind because it's clearly written on the label attached to the plastic lid of this shamefully cheap box. In addition to the date she was cremated is the contact information for this poorly run, inconsiderate place, like an advertisement for their business. The plastic lid was cracked when I received it. I've been waiting another 2 weeks for a call back to discuss the condition of things. I thought this was just a one-time quality issue, but seeing they're are other identical reviews, I see this is the norm.Additionally, I purchased a paw print which was created in a way that looks like a 7 year old made it at summer camp, complete with cheap beads spelling out the name. What might be the most upsetting of all is that this is not a low-cost crematory. Prices are expensive for the lack of consideration, length of time to do anything, poor quality of items, and the unwillingness to communicate or address concerns. Please do your own research and find another crematory for your pet. Pets deserve so much better than what they will get here.

Same issue as other reviewer. Urn was a cheap wood box with paper secured on top with pets name hand written and card stating cremated with respect June 4 and then their company name and address. I paid for a woman she couldn't afford to do this herself and apparently emergency vet uses this company. I have pets cremated by Pet Angels and Pet Rest and for same amount of money got hand carved boxes with metal name plates, pet angels put ashes inside a velvet bag that is monogrammed my pet angel for ashes in open lid box and all 3 returned ashes with paw prints in plaster as well. So DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. Over charging and now not even sure since it took almost a month to get remains back that cat was cremated alone with no other animals.

I wish I could give this place no stars. I generally use Pet Angel for this service, but the emergency vet I needed to take my best friend to used and recommend this place. I wish I would have stuck with the tried and true, but in my moment of grief I allowed them to send my dog to this place. My best friend died two weeks ago today and to add insult to injury I received him back in a cheap box. I paid $280 for his cremation and expected what I normally receive from Pet Angel (same price) a beautiful box for my friends remains, a certificate of cremation, and a nice poem. I received my friend back in a cheap box with a piece of plastic on the top with his name on it. Pet Heaven you should be ashamed of yourselves.
