I had previously gone to zips for dry cleaning and felt like my items were not cared for and I actually wasn’t entirely sure they had been cleaned so I switched to perfect touch and I’m thrilled with the service and quality. My comforter looks great and smells clean. The service was friendly and fast. Worth the extra cost for sure.

We enjoy the small business atmosphere of this place. Always a friendly smile & they return all of the silly things my husband forgets in his pockets. Quick turn around & pricing is the same (or better) than the bigger competitors in the area.

They have removed tough stains before, and they have decent prices with a fast turn around time. However, we have had dry cleaning come back to us smelling of serious cigarette smoke. Quality of work set aside, the smell of cigarette smoke is a deal breaker for us. Disappointing to say the least, and now we have to spend more money at a different cleaners to remove the smell now.

Good place to get it done when you don't want or cant do it . Helpful staff total professionals good location across from fire department with lots of shops and restaurants to choose from in the immediate area including a papa John's attached to the same building. Drop off your laundry and pick up a pie life is good here near 86th and ditch

I love this business! They are customer oriented. The owners are on the premises daily rather than a roving cast of employees who don't care. They follow my instructions when it comes to how I want things on hangers or folded. And their cleaning work is excellent!
