Absolutely one of the best thrift stores I've been in to. Very unique and handmade items. The owner is a lovely woman and so friendly. Not to mention she has 2 cats that work hard there as well. lol Her handmade journals and flowers are easily one of my favorite items.

Cutest book store and owner is the sweetest lady in the world. She has 2 cats that are the sweetest and softest and wander around the book store while you shop. The books have the cutest covers and are in the best condition. She has some books that are original 1800s copies. Most of the books range from $10-30. She also hand makes the notebooks and paper flowers. Definitely recommend for a cute vintage book shop!

What a gem of a shop!! It's very small, so don't expect a massive selection, but what she has is beautiful and definitely worth a visit. Beautiful, collectible copies of new books, a carefully curated selection of vintage books (with some real treasures hidden on the shelves!), and some great book and record inspired notebooks and gifts. The owner was so kind and helpful as well. If you are in the area and a lover of books or just great locally owned shops with a great vibe, definitely check it out!

This bookstore is absolutely adorable!!! I could not recommend a place more. The owner is the sweetest woman you will ever meet and is so kind to anyone who walks through her door. She will give you excellent book recommendations and has the cutest inventory that includes original vintage books and older books that are reprinted in the cutest way. A lot of her books have woman authors AND she will educate you about the book to see if you wanna buy it. She handcrafts her own vintage notebooks that have the cutest art pieces, book, covers and even record covers! This place is seriously adorable from its inventory to the store itself. I couldn’t recommend a bookstore more. If you are in the area and are looking to add to your collection please come here and support a local woman owned business. Also her cats are so sweet and adorable.

This spot is such a gem! I love it and am so happy to have found it after almost 5 years of being here! Very charming and cozy, with cats and repurposed handmade/vintage journals and books (mostly classics) with the prettiest covers. Ended up with perfect gifts for the MIL. The owner is also so sweet, and recommended that we check out the conservatory nearby for the last day of the Christmas deco/train installation. We followed her advice and I'm so glad that we did, what a way to close out 2023!

I love coming in here and exploring what the owner has in stock every time! I love getting her handmade notepads/ journals for Xmas stocking stuffers. Each journal is unique and has a vintage cover on the front which she dates where it came from on the back! Also her two coworkers (the kitties) love greeting customers! Can’t wait to stock up again

Stopped in Saturday for the first time. This bookstore and its owner are a gem in this city. I was welcomed by two cats and a lovely owner. A breathe of fresh air in a scary time for books and opinions in this state. Please support this place in the face of a bigger store opening, not far from here. You will discover a quaint shop with beautiful items and great conversation.

Very cool locally owned bookshop with a selection of vintage books and books by local, female, and minority authors. They also have some fascinating old photos, coupon books, and booklets, plus handmade gifts like notebooks and paper flowers. The staff was super welcoming and helpful, and they have adorable and cuddly shop cats. Right across the street from Garfield Park and the Conservatory.
