Great gym. Staff are friendly and helpful, and facilities are always clean. Plenty of weightlifting equipment available and would recommend to anyone looking for a lifting oriented gym in Indianapolis.

I've been coming here for a few years and it has been perpetually going downhill since Casey left. This is the 4th or 5th time I've been here in a row that they've moved more machines or started some other stupid project that interferes with anyone getting a workout done. They've moved the rags every single time of those 4 or 5 visits. You guys have been under construction for literally over a year and nothing is still done? Why?You've driven away all the cool body builders that used to come and made this place lively. There have been multiple machines and 1 treadmill that is ALWAYS broken. Like for 6 months because this shit has been broken for awhile. Get your shit together, stop constructing shit for no reason and moving all the machines numerous times in a short period and actually fix the machines you have

Hands down the best gym in Indianapolis!! There is a great mix of free weights and machinery, and plenty of each even when the gym is packed! The facility is very clean, and the staff is so kind (as well as other members). The owner, Brad, takes the time to learn members names and I find that very special. The prices and 24 hour access are hard to beat. My boyfriend and I have been coming hear for almost a year and we won't be leaving anytime soon!

If you are looking for a variety of equipment, a large space, and a good time then I highly recommend this gym. I have been to Planet Fitness, LA Fitness, and The Monon Community Center in the past year and a half... With that being said I can confidently say this is the best place for strength training. Brad, the owner, is really personable and friendly. The equipment is awesome and the members are all really friendly. I highly recommend this gym, give it a try. I will be here for as long as I live in Indianapolis.

I was in town this last weekend and couldn’t find a gym to workout on a day pass and happened to stumble upon this gym. I went and was welcomed with open arms and shown around even though I was only there for the day. Brad the owner was extremely polite and nice to me and I loved the equipment and layout. Will be going back to this gym Anytime I’m in town. Thank you Brad!!!

UPDATE: Wowee. This team immediately responded to my initial review and did everything in their power to make things right. They fixed my membership account, and have maintained close communication about the AC repairs. I know I’m going to be spending a lot of time in the gym this weekend now that it’s no longer an oven. Many thanks to Brad and team!Been here for almost a year now and it’s been the best gym I’ve ever been to. It definitely sets the bar, no pun intended.ORIGINAL REVIEW: Really frustrated with my experience so far and I’ve been a member for a month. Twice now I’ve tried after hours access and the fob reader has been down. I drive 15mins to this gym so it’s irksome to not have access when I pay for it.The member portal shows that yoga classes are free to members but this is not the case. Not a huge deal, but not a pleasant surprise. The gym is consistently over 85°F or warmer. First they said it was a broken AC, but nothing changed despite the AC allegedly being fixed. I know some people deliberately seek to sweat gallons, but I’m not one of them, and working out in high heat gives me migraines. So I’m pretty much stuck paying for a membership I can barely use.I moved back to Indiana from Texas and even there the gyms stay under 75 year round.Unfortunately, not many gyms offer 24hr access around Indy so i feel stuck (and it’s not really any cooler in the gym at night). Praying to every deity that they fix the issue, because the current setup is unacceptable. I think Brad knows that, because he sounds a bit exasperated with the AC “repair” work he’s been paying for and mentioned bringing someone new in to fix the issue.Hopefully sooner than later. Fingers crossed, because I really would love to stay with Peak.

The owner has asked to have comments made to improve their ranking on Google. There is so much equipment coming in new that keeping everything clean is a task. When finances permit to improve cleaning I'd look into electro static dust collectors to be installed in the heating and cooling ducts along with an ultra violet light system that destroys any air borne virus. I'd manually dust all higher up horizontal surfaces, fan blades, girders, anyplace dust would accumulate. That cleaning would usefully be repeated as needed or when dusts were observed. It might be feasible to install odor eaters that clean interior air by circulating it-odor isn't a problem but everyone is in Peak for their health. If they incorporated ultra violet cleaning-that would be a plus because people do attend gyms not knowing that they are spreading a disease. Essentially, providing clean filtered air would be a major plus to any gym. "Working in" doesn't happen here because of so many pieces of equipment-circuit training thus is a plus-never have to wait on a machine to open up.

Wow where to even begin with the great things I could say about Peak Fitness! This place has everything you could think you needed in a gym. The staff are all superb and will greet you by your name and are so open to talk about anything. The members are all so nice and have great gym etiquette such as cleaning up after themselves and re-racking weights. The facility itself is also kept so clean and maintained given how long the gym has been there itself. Peak is definitely a community I love being a part of and I have seen so much personal growth in myself physically and mentally because of putting myself in a positive environment that is there to help me reach my goals. Long story short, the rates and 24hr access are great, the staff is grand, the facility is clean with all the equipment you could dream of, and the community is definitely something everyone with a passion for fitness would appreciate being a part of.

As I was walking in the gym today, a new member who had just finished his workout said to me, "This is the best gym in Indy. I wish I had known about about it a long time ago." I totally agree with his assessment. It is the best gym in the city, and there are a lot of people missing out on it because unfortunately it has been flying under the radar for too long. When Bally at Keystone at the Crossing went out of business almost thirteen years ago, I immediately joined Peak Fitness. I have been extremely happy with that decision. No matter what your fitness goal is, there is something for everybody. As an added bonus, the management just had the interior painted, and it looks great!

Great Gym! This is by far the cleanest and well maintained gym I have been to, and trained at. The staff are very friendly. The equipment is old school and great! Really stands as one of the BEST gyms in Indianapolis!
