They make up prices as they go. Told me to bring my dog more often for a less price (less to cut) and was still charged a higher rate, which I would not have mind paying if the cut was good. The basically just shaved him off...a poodle. Not happy with service at all.

My dog has severe separation anxiety. They are extremely patient and caring with him every time he goes. He always looks wonderful after going. The space is calm and organized. They answer any questions that I have and ensure that they handle pets with care. I highly recommend them.

I have used this groomer for several of my dogs in the past. This is the first time I have taken my newest dog. He was looking super shaggy. He looked so good and they left his long eye lashes.

From 7 am drop off to pick up before 5, we had a great experience with Pampered Pet. We were referred to them, but once we called we had to wait a month to get Coco in. This was our fur baby's first grooming experience and it went great. Coco smelled wonderful, looked cute, and her fur was soooo soft! ? We had a picture of the cut we wanted for Coco, and they were pretty much on point. They even gave her a bandanna. I wished they would have cut under her chin and cheeks more, but other than those minor details, we're happy with our first experience; made her next apt before we left! (pix w/toy in her mouth is before, last 2 are after)

Absolutely love this place! Owner is the sweetest, all of the ladies in the front are so nice! One shared a story with me that broke my heart but she is one of the strongest women I've had the pleasure of meeting!! My handsome son was featured on their Facebook page a couple years ago! I will never take my baby anywhere else as long as he lives and they are operating!! Thank you for taking care of my little man and making him so handsome each time he visits :)

Stopped going here after the final straw - First of all, my dog is a service dog. I need her. Grooming appointments are the only time we're apart from each other so it's rough on both of us. I was the first customer in the door at 7:00am and did not pick my poor girl up until the very end of the day. When picking up, I asked why it took so long and the answer I got was "she didn't like the blow dryer." ..... Oh please. So my dog was locked in a cage all. Day. Long. When I was the FIRST TO DROP HER OFF. Complete BS. Will never come back or recommend.
