Scheduled an appointment, waited weeks to get in, they called 4 times to confirm the appointment, including leaving voicemails. They open at 8:00 so I asked to an 8 so I had time to get to work. I arrived 20 minutes early for paperwork. They called me back at 8:00, and by 8:25 I never saw a doctor or nurse or got told they were running behind or anything. I ended up leaving. If your 15 minutes late it's a $50 fee. They're a half hour behind with no notice and no apology. I will have a referral to another.

My appointment started with what I could only describe as a inquisition regarding a previous appointment (from the same office) that the doctor was incredulous that I couldn't peg down the date from 4 months ago. He was aggressive, combative, with what I can only say in my 50+ years to be the worst bedside manor I have ever been witnessed too. I had a running thought to walk out and tell my insurance I refuse to pay. Look go , anywhere else for your care. Dont give these jack monkeys any time or money.

I always think it's awkward to leave a review for a doctor when you are still under their care, but here it goes. I have Beto this office two times so far, and they have been punctual. I did have the first appointment of the morning both times, so I'll see if that's still the case the next time I go in midday. My doctor has been attentive to what I say, and gave me options for how to go forward to treat my headaches. I really appreciate this. I have been to neurologists who didn't do these things. I also had a neurologist who was all these things and very personable before moving here. (He would receive five stars!) Overall, I feel like the doctor I see is caring, and a great doctor.

My first neurologist was from here and they moved to a different office, so I had to find a new one. I tried calling many times to make an appointment but get an over hour long hold with annoying music. Always left a voicemail, but then someone would leave a message and schedule me an appointment that I didn't say yes to. Then when I tried calling back the same thing happens nobody answers their phone, I leave a voicemail, they call me again leaving a voicemail, and call back still voicemail. The front desk is absolutely horrible and hard to make an appointment with a dr! I really need a neurologist ASAP and got referred by my health provider. Its like playing cat and mouse with this place to make an appointment!

All the reviews about the doctors and the staff are accurate. The doctors seem focused and empathetic, listen and work through issues well. I have a severe concussion and one of the doctors ordered an MRI after a I had a CT scan at the emergency room that didn't show anything conclusive, but the MRI should Just be for crossing T and dotting I to rule out any traumatic brain injury. It has been a full week since I've seen the doctor who assured me his staff would call to set up the MRI. My appointment was on a Thursday. I waited until the following Monday before I called the office. I've left a voicemail message daily (polite, in case you're wondering, although the message today included that I've been waiting a week) and have yet to even get as much as a courtesy call back that they're trying and can't get anything set up. Meanwhile I've been off work for a week and a half and symptoms are still as bad as they were a week and a half ago...so something is wrong. My workaround is going to be to see if my family doctor can set up the test the specialist recommended. But I'm not at all happy that I as the patient have to do this myself. Very disappointed with the office staff. Wouldn't recommend this place unless you like waiting.

Doctor Glander is amazing. Their office staff is abysmal. They don't get anything correct. I still don't have the proper paperwork. It's like you inconvenience them to do their jobs. For such great doctors, they should really consider better staff comparable to the doctors caliber. Ridiculous that patients or patient significant others have to do their job. And good luck getting a call back! Or anything done within a month!

The service and communication after you visit the doctor is awful. They take days to return calls, the portal they have is useless and does not work properly and they seem to have no sense of urgency when it comes to service after the sale.

Solid 2.5 stars, but rounding down because the overall experience here is so abysmal. Let me be clear about one thing--in our experience, the doctors here are amazing! They do their jobs very well. But from the sound of it, they're so busy it's hard to get any answers from them to even look at test results. But as long as you have a doctor in front of you they are present, friendly, and attentive. But after the office visit, good luck. I've never experienced front office communication this abysmal in my life. We were told that we would hear back by a certain date, so we waited until the day after before calling and that's when the rodeo began. Voicemails went unanswered, the phone was never answered by a human, and communication on MyChart was horribly inconsistent. We were told that they didn't get the results back from the test, but the results were posted on MyChart and we were looking right at them. (Also keep in mind that the tests were done at Franciscan Health--literally the next building over.) Then all of a sudden the story is that they had the results but no one had looked at them and someone would look at them that day. When we tried contacting the next day, suddenly it takes a few days so we wouldn't hear anything back until the end of the week. Meanwhile I called a different location to see if they can help, but there's only one person at this location who can answer any questions or do anything, and if she's not responding then good luck. The only reason we even got any movement on the test results is because we called the doctor who referred us and they finally got something going. If we hadn't done that, we'd probably still be waiting on results. Maybe they just need to hire a second office person to help out - it sounds like this office gets a LOT of traffic and it's just overwhelming for one person. But when you're dealing with literal life or death situations, communication is critical and what we experience is simply unacceptable. Just give me information I can work with -- if I'm told at the beginning it's going to take a week to get results, then I'll sit here and wait a week. But don't give me a timeline, then not meet it, and make me feel like I'm being unreasonable when I'm asking for answers.
