I joined the Y as soon as I turned 65 and utilized Silver Sneakers. Water Aerobics with Donna has changed my life. I very seldom need ointments and/or pain meds for my aching joints!

I whole-heartedly recommend YMCA programs and activities, the experience is amazing, and overall it helps us to develop skills and healthy lifestyles.
