So I went in to O'reilly's to pick up a couple quick things. Went to the counter and waited fifteen minutes why one gentleman was working really hard By himself. I go back to the commercial desk and ask them to download my commercial account so I could pay for these items on my card. When I get back there, the lady is back there on Her phone. Playing paint by number.

My car almost didn’t start leaving work at 9pm tonight. I stopped at O’Rielly close to home and it was still open. The 17 year old their checked my alternator and battery. Alternator is good battery is bad. He removed my bad one and put in the new one.This took until 10:10. I have a clamp holding the battery in so it took a little time. PLEASE do not give the management a hard time because the store closes at 10:00.Thank you for having such good people running your establishment.
