Very bad service from the staff, they should hire people trained to serve people. I was looking for a battery for my car and the lady who was serving couldn't help me look for it, I had to look for an auto zone to be on par with them, very bad attention, the lady spends more time on the phone

Ordered part, never got confirmation email it showed up had to call and ask. Authorized a person to pick it up for me, they said it wasn’t paid for and that only I can pick it up. Meanwhile I have the receipt and showed them the pending transaction on my card. What a joke, and waste of time. Will not be coming back to this o Riley’s and will be sure to only use them as a last resort if I can’t find parts elsewhere. It’s really annoying to lose time on a repair because they can’t figure out how to use their computers and do paperwork correctly. Worst part is how rude they were rude about the whole thing. Hate posting reviews like this.

I ordered a part and they said they had it but at a different store but would have it delivered the next day at 12 pm. I called 3 times that night to .ake sure they had the right part. All 3 times he told me yes. Well when I went to pick it up the next day it was not the part at all. I complained about it and how it cost me 12.15 for a lyft ride to get it etc. In the meantime. In the meantime my left ride left because I took so long to get the part they didn't have. So I had to walk home with a bad leg. When I called Monday the next day about my concerns he said he couldn't compensate me. So I called corporate. They said they would look into it. While I'm waiting for there response I get a call from the district manager. He just harassed me and said all I was trying to do is collect free stuff. I lost another days work, I had to walk home without a belt and I paid lyft to drive me there which cost me 12.15 and then they left on me because they were taking to long in the store.If I were you I wouldn't go there. They're very rude people and they don't know what they're doing!

This is the only O’Reilly on the east side I’ll go into. They always treat me like any other customer, not just a woman. Other auto parts stores I’ve been into, this has always been an issue- but never with these people. They always help me find what i need when i need it, and are very informative. I have been able to do my own work on my car several times due to their knowledge and support. Thank you guys so much!!!!

Just called to see if they had a tool, and the guy told me he’d have to walk out onto the floor, i said ok will you do that, he said well it’s hit or miss if i could find it. If I were your boss you’d be fired on the spot.
