This is the best bank I've ever had. If something goes wrong with your account, Actually something I did they help you you know everybody's name they're very friendly they're very professional. My personal favorite is Rebecca. What a competent manager!My favorite bank ever!

Fantastic location! Great staff who are always friendly. Also and accommodating notary when needed. Much better than BMO Harris or Huntington in Broadripple!

I have been use the College Avenue branch for several years. Can't say enough great things about this financial institution. They offer creative solutions for my financial needs and I always leave satisfied with any transactions that may have been made. It's also nice to walk in and be greeted by your first name.

I got my ATM card stuck in the machine. I asked if there were pliers inside so I could use them because I knew the card was steel. Some employee walked off with an attitude and said "I have to call the back office". ??♂️ Then they came back and asked ME if I had pliers after I had to wait like 10 minutes. ?The dude that brought out pliers from inside got my card out in 30 seconds. He was cool, give that man a raise. ??

This bank has the absolute worst customer service. I am trying to close my account, and they are forcing me to go in person or to a notary during a pandemic just to close the account and retrieve my funds. Don't use this bank.

I love using a regional owned bank rather than one of the huge conglomerates. The Broad Ripple branch is full of friendly helpful people. Old National has my highest recommendations.

Front desk workers all around are very friendly. I called and had a question about my account and it was answered quickly and completely. I am glad I bank here.

Terrible customer service if you have fraud on a card, different answers from phone representative and staff within the bank. The confusion continued after letters and phone calls. I tried to use this card after they figured it out and the customer service rep said "yeh, yeh, yeh...I got it". Very unprofessional.

I actually bank somewhere else but my mother banks here. I went in for her and I must say I was impressed. Relaxed sitting for banking, very nice atsmosphere and extremely clean. I just may have to consider changing banks.

The couple times I ran into obstacles in my business the branch manager Rebecca and her team not only solved the problems but also educated me on how to prevent in future. Very personal and caring. Didn't need to set an appointment I just stopped in and they made time for me asap. Very grateful for all the help and support.

Back in the 80's, 90's... this was a good bank, based out of Evansville. Now's it's probably more greedy than National City used to be (PNC).
