Since Lisa joined the new management team from my Carmel location, this home bank has been changed to this 96th location! Awkward set up. Not sure where to wait and there is no one to great you. I got a nasty look from the manager when I grabbed a tissue while waiting. Took 25 mins+ to cash a check. Then the 10 minutes we just stood around waiting for someone to assist us.
