Being the only customer @ the register to ck out (W 86th) I had to wait until the rep finished her cell phone call with her sister cuz she wz suppose 2b on vaca in Florida with her so, she needed to talk to her while I wait for her to finish! And get this y'all, she never apologized.

Ordered a bookcase January 15 with next day delivery. Did not arrive and no tracking information. Called customer service twice and was only told there was a delay. Cancelled after 10 days and got email confirmation of refund being issued. The money was never refunded. Contacted customer service, said they "corrected the error" and I got another emailed confirmation of refund. The money was never received. So, I contacted customer service again. Talked to a "supervisor" who assured me the error that kept happening was fixed and I would receive a refund. Got email confirmation. Still no refund. (It's been almost 40 days) I don't recommend buying from them, I will never repeat this mistake. Buyer beware.

Best service from an office supply store. They will make you aware of savings you didn’t know existed! They allow a return of ink cartridges whether you bought it from them or not. They will give you a credit for each one you return (not aware of credit amt).

The young woman working the register truly needs coaching, as far learning the processes and procedures & interpersonal communication with customers is concerned! EVERY TIME I visit this store, I dread having to deal with her; it can be, at best, a 50/50 chance that you'll get so semblance of "good customer service." On this visit, while she did acknowledge my presence in the ink area, once I got to the register, she seemed a bit clueless on what to do, in terms of processing my purchase. I gave her my Rewards and tax-exempt card (ironically, one of the managers at the Greenwood store actually made cards with said both numbers, in bar-code form, so they can simply be scanned); she manually entered them instead. A moment later, she asked for the Rewards/T-E card again, this time, scanning them. I can see on the payment screen that the price was $74.99 (seventy-four ninety-nine), but she said "$79.99"... I asked her to repeat the price; she again said "$79.99"... I told her that the screen stated "$74.99" and she said, "oh, yeah..." I handed her a store merchandise card to make the payment, but she told ME to scratch off the back of the card to reveal its PIN number, then she scanned the merchandise card. After that, she just stood there, and didn't say anything, until I looked at the screen: the merchandise card was for $73.81, so a balance of $1.18 was left to pay. I put a debit card in and paid the balance. While she did asked if I wanted a bag, she handed me my ink purchase and didn't say thank you or anything...
