Patrick was also very communicative at every step of the process. Once the project started we were very impressed with the on-site team of John, Jose, and Ruben. John is amazing at what he does, he is a perfectionist in the best way possible. The team finished the project within the stated timeframe and worked with us when they had questions to ensure we got the patio of our dreams. I cannot recommend Eagle Creek Nursery enough. “Staff is friendly, they sell beautiful healthy plants at a decent price. All the plants I have bought from here are always "bug free" , compared to big box stores & they usually have a clearance area in the 2nd half of the store. This is 1 of the reasons I love shopping in fountain square, most of the shops have huge plants displayed in their stores”

“Locally owned family business with multiple locations. They had a huge selection with many varieties of hanging baskets, potted plants, bedding plants and bushes and trees. They are also a traditional hardware store and also have a large selection of outdoor furniture. There is even a small restaurant / bistro inside and they sell craft beer there.”

“I hosted a Galentine’s Floral workshop at the Habig Station and it was just the perfect space! The lighting and the comfy/trendy seating was perfect to hang with your gal pals and then gather for the workshop. I would highly recommend this event space for any smaller event! It’s on such a good corner of south Broadripple too!”

After the junk about TSC food Produccers Pride (made by Purina) causing flocks to stop laying, I refuse to buy anything Purina! And the foods that agrarian sell are from feed/grain mills that are in Indiana. They have expensive organic, non GMO foods but they also have more reasonably priced food.Still a great little store with many things at great prices.”

“This Home Depot did not have what I wanted in stock, but I wasn't expecting much: I was looking for disposable face masks in the middle of a pandemic, at a time when masks were hard to find. So, Home Depot didn't have them in their store, but neither did any place else, so I can't really fault them for that. But they did have a large selection of trash bags! I use these often to pick up trash around my neighborhood, and I am particular to a certain size of trash bag. The trash bag needs to be big enough to fit inside a 5-gallon bucket, but not so big that there's a lot of extra bag hanging out of the bucket. Home Depot has a generic brand of trash bags that fit perfectly inside a 5-gallon bucket that are sturdy and have little flaps to tie the bag. They work great for picking up trash. When I went to check out, there were people there to help, and they were friendly. I was in and out super quick.”
“Rented a bush hog for 24 hrs. With insurance added, price was a little over $150. Had to supply my own trailer which is a bit of a pain. The machine ran as expected and did a good job. The check out associate was all business. The check in associate was a little more friendly. All in all a good experience and met my needs.”

They are consistently professional & pleasant. I was especially impressed by their follow-up. When i ordered a hard to find type of Rubber Tree plant which had to be back ordered the plant arrived in perfect condition in a lovely woven seagrass basket. It came with a 90 day warranty, & detailed instructions for care & transplanting. Over a month later the plant still seems strong & healthy. During the waiting period a store associate called to verify the order status and even gave me an opportunity to easily cancel if i chose to, which i didn't. They called again the day before delivery to confirm it was a good day & time for me, although no signature was required. Then soon after delivery they called to ensure it could be taken inside quickly. This is just one example of my positive experiences with Home Depot, always a step above the other home improvement stores of this size.”

“Good afternoonIt has come to my attention that a particular associate is always there when I go into the store and she is very kind and extremely helpful, always all over the place filling carts and will still stop everything to help anyone in need.But lately I have noticed that she has constantly been yelled at by what seems her supervisors every other time I have been there. Not too sure why, but when she notices there’s people around, she flushes red and doesn’t speak to anyone. I have become concerned because she never stops working, whether she’s helping or loading carts with merchandise, she doesn’t seem to ever be still, yet if you walk halfway through the store, you will encounter many personnel that are doing nothing, and constantly disappearing whenever you request help. I know she used to drive before to help customers load on the daily. I am a pro customer who has been helped by her constantly and she is always trying to help disregarding how busy she is. I’m not sure why she keeps getting yelled at, but I would like to give a shout out to that associate for always helping me and smiling when ever she is.Help like that is very difficult to find now a days, and that is someone very special that really would help any business progress successfully.She’s from the store in eagle creek, IN. It’s on 38th and high school rd 46254, her name is jojo I believe. Thank you for having amazing service and knowledge.Thank you”

SMH.The houseplants section is always nice, nice variety. Unfortunately, this last time, I bought a bag of happy frog soil, I was told to drive around back, and someone loaded it, I would not have chosen this bag otherwise. The corner of the bag is completely ripped, like it was dragged on the ground on that corner. You all just put a clear tap over it well there's rolly polly bugs around the tape. I'm not sure if I wanna use the soil on my houseplants now. The tape job isn't even good it busted open when I moved it, and it made a mess in my vehicle. I don't have a receipt, and I just now noticed it after I had had it for a week. This will be the last time I buy soil from you guys, considering it was taped and then left outside on the pallet for more bugs to crawl into it. The only reason it's getting a 3 star rating instead of a 1 is because of their nice selection of houseplants, and they are reasonably priced. It was over an hour drive to get soil like smh.”
