Doesn't deserve this 1 star...has had my jacket several times. Apparently this time for keeps. Had had my jacket since pre-pandemic promised he would not close. Been in recent contact but still unfulfilled promises. I would like my jacket!

The owner is a career military veteran and he is SO NICE. And his work is excellent. He is courteous as well. He actually called me personally to let me know that he was taking a few hours off for his grandaughter's birthday party - didn't want me to come by looking for my repaired shoes while he was away. ALSO....I read a review that the place was "a mess". I wouldn't trust a shoe repair store that was tidy and clean!!! I've never seen one! Will definitely re-visit.

Fast pleasant and reasonably priced service. I believe I dealt directly with the owner. Located adjacent to the McDonald's drive-through with easy free parking. Open until 6pm which is nice. I would recommend this place over any other shoe repair place I've tried in metro Indy.

Very poorly run business. Lost my shoes two pairs. The place is a mess, cluttered, dusty, unclaimed shoes and purses everywhere. Overpriced. I do not recommend.

I dropped off my shoes in May and I never heard from the owner since. I have called and the phone line is disconnected and I have stopped in 3 times and nobody is there. Terrible experience so far. I have already paid for the shoes and I still have not gotten them back after 2 months. If you know how to get a hold of him let me know....

This place sucks, I've stopped here at three times and I've never been open. Haven't returned any of my calls. And they also had another guest here, who had dropped off shoes to be repaired and is that the same experience. She told me she stop by a few times and there never open.super disappointing and extremely inconvenient

Great work at a good value. I had a pair of boots I really liked that I could no longer wear due to a manufacturer's defect. I was able to get them fixed here by a very sweet man who truly gave new life to my boots. His price was very good and he got them done quickly.

They seem to have closed down with no way to pick up my briefcase. I have left 5 messages over 3 weeks and driven there twice. Nobody home and no returned message. Stay Away!

This company is absolutely amazing. If you have a pair of shoes that are unbecoming, bring them here and see how they come to "Life". New Life definitely does the trick. Stop by and check em' out or give them a call today!
