Great pharmacy and wonderful staff. From day one the staff's expertise, kindness, and proactive approach has been amazing. I never realized the impact that having a good pharmacy could have; it is now just as important as my doctors.Professional recommendations, expert advice, and transparent communication show their genuine care for their customers.

This is the best pharmacy in downtown Indianapolis, without a doubt!!! Denise and the staff are very professional and the service has always been outstanding. Yesterday was a good example. I picked up prescriptions, had a short consult, filled out paperwork and got my Covid booster shot, all in less than 10 minutes. Outstanding!

This store is filthy! It probably hasn't not been cleaned since the pandemic. If you use the self-check out you can really see the filth.

Even so this is a bit pricier than a lot of grocery stores, consider the location. Smack in the middle of downtown this is of course one busy place. While there is a free parking lot attached , it can get a bit tricky especially when there are events going on in the area. Still, I find the selection here sufficient especially for such a small store. There are a lot of ready to eat meal options available. I really haven't had a case where I didn't find what I was looking for unless I had my heart set on a particular brand or some specialty item. And now that I have signed up for their loyalty program I can take advantage of their specials, which will save me a bit.

It's very close to our home and our go-to market. They carry everything we need. Produce is generally fresh. Meat quality is good too. We love the pharmacy! The staff on pharmacy is amazing!

You pay 10-40% up charge because it's downtown. Meat quality isn't good. Good if you don't care and are in a hurry. Limited selection on everything. They have foosball outside though. You may get accosted by vagrants.

Do NOT go here for your hrt. One of the pharmacists refuses to fill your prescriptions and it is always extremely inconvenient. I recommend the Walgreens on Mass Ave. Shoutout to the rest of the staff though, they are always nice and accommodating

In the Mass Ave District and open until Midnight most nights. It's a foofy lilmarket with all sorts of options. Nearly all local retailer who were asked where they lunch, mentioned this place. Super place to stock up if you are traveling.

It's pretty shady, maybe even a bit deceptive to have signs and product packaging with "on sale" stickers for a good price, and then not honor that price at the checkout counter when the register employee doesn't bother to ask you to enter all your information in order to receive the sale price! Or that you have to sign up and enter your phone number every time in order to get the sale price. And of course the customer service desk who could easily remedy the situation by offering the discount after the fact when pointed out to them could not be bothered or could not care less, bad look, bad business, and when you're paying a premium like this for items, I would like some basic customer service skills aka sympathize, and rectify! the North New Jersey Street store in Indy has grossly soured my experience for shopping there, now I'll have to be pretty desperate to go there at all!

If were to google, a perfect pharmacy, the 1st option link to click on, would have a group photo of Denise and her staff at Needler's!

This is a regional grocery chain, and that's always a plus. The design of the building is a bit strange, with some other adjoining businesses and an entrance away from the main street. The produce looked rather nice. The rest of the store didn't quite deliver what I'd hoped. It was not a huge amount of local or niche brands, and a lot of the same stuff you'd get at a Kroger anyway. Their section labeled "healthy" snacks I wasn't convinced of as being all that healthy, and it was a small section. If it had been a more locavore high-end place, I would have liked it. If it was more of a big-box store but with local ownership and less of a big corporate vibe, I would have liked it. I just wasn't quite convinced they were offering either of those models.

Staff is so kind, and personable, esp. Denise the tech. Truly caring, like the old “hometown” pharmacies, the total opposite of CVS at 16th and Meridian chaos. Look forward to going there, always leave smiling.
