In a pinch to quickly get a new battery for our daughter's car I went to your store and was greeted by a friendly staff. While there, I observed 2 other staff members helping a customer resolve his part issue and track down a part delayed in shipping. I replaced the battery and returned the bad core for credit. If in need I will return!

Our local neighborhood Napa to the rescue! I learned the hard way that if I park my diesel car outside in freezing conditions, the fuel turns to gel and my car won't start. Yikes! Obviously with no running vehicle, my resources to find a solution were limited; however, I saw on the Napa website that they offer free next day delivery within 5-miles of their location. What a lifesaver!I was able to find the product I needed on their website, plug in the correct Napa location from which I wanted to order, and check the little box for free next day delivery, and just like that... The Napa Fairy (I mean, super reliable delivery driver. Lol!) came to my doorstep with the product and receipt in hand. I made sure to call to follow up on my online order to ensure it went through to the store with no issues, and the staff answered quickly and was very friendly. Super appreciated since my car was stressing me out! I mean, who offers service like that anymore, especially when it comes to auto problems?? Their items are also available to shop in store and shipping is available for online orders if you live outside their 5-mile delivery radius. Thanks, neighborhood Napa!
