The Dr was very nice. However, the staff were rude and even more rude when I rejected constant pressure to be up sold. There was always a hidden option with no copay. But they won't tell you it exists.

I liked the doctor I saw, but was pushed to get lenses for a very minor adjustment in my prescription. When my lenses came in they had a difficult time getting one of them out and now my glasses don't fit the same. They worked great for the last 1.5 years, but now they feel loose and constantly slide down. I've seen gone back to get them adjusted twice with only temporary relief.Update: Someone from myeyedoctor reached out. Asked two questions, then stopped responding. It's been nearly a month since they last replied. I've since obtained new glasses that I can wear without getting a headache.

I have been patiently waiting for safety glasses that my job requires for a month. No one seems to have an answer for the delay and have been dismissive on providing information as to when I would receive my glasses. This is my first time with this company and the customer service is sub par. The staff takes my number every time but never returns calls to keep me posted on the progress of my glasses. Not a happy customer as these are needed for work.

Everyone in the office is helpful and professional. Dr. Greg Smith is straight forward and honest with a touch of compassion. I enjoy going to see them every year and thankful for the care and service.

My first time at "MyEyeDr" and I loved it!Was easy to schedule, the staff are all friendly and helpful.I loved Dr. Hannah Cater! She was fun and sweet and the lady who helped me check out did not pressure me to buy expensive eyewear I did not want like some other places I have been to! Great place and I will be back :)

They called me before my appointment, seemingly to see if I could afford it. I knew to ask them to take off the optional scan that other reviewers say they sneak into their exams, but what surprised me is she asked me what kind of contacts I wear before telling me the price, like it's more expensive to get contacts if you have astigmatism. I've worn contacts for 17 years and have never been charged more for a fitting based on the types of contacts I wear. It was going to be $240+ before the contacts, which is probably why they don't tell you their prices on the website. I cancelled immediately because this whole interaction gave me the feeling of taken advantage of. I need contacts immediately but would rather wait until my normal eye doctor has availability.

I've gone to Ossip (now MyEyeDr) for years and have always received great service from both doctors and staff. I take comfort in their use of machines to examine my eyes, their processes and procedures. But what is causing me to post today is that I have just finished a year of excellent vision which is something that one might not expect with older eyes. I attribute this to Dr. Hasty and his staff taking the time, last year and this year, to make sure my vision is the best it can be. Every minute of my waking day I appreciate their effort. Highly recommend.

I ABSOLUTELY love the fact that I have the option to purchase the scratch warranty for $29. I am able to extend the life of my lenses twice as long because of this. The experience I have with Dr. Hasty along with the quality of glasses is worth the hour drive for their care!

My Eye Dr (formerly Ossip) has always served my vision needs well. Professional staff, they are friendly and make the processes smooth. Insurance is no hassle. I actually followed Dr. Hannah Cater to this location because she is thorough, explains things to my level, and doesn’t expect perfection from me. Definitely recommend this place.

Customer service was not great. I was told the wrong information about my insurance coverage from the sales person. No one was really there to help. Front desk people did not seem well trained as well. It’s my fault for waiting till the last minute and having this place be my last option.**Update** no call was made to me and no message was left. Front desk confirmed my phone number when I was there.

My Eye Doctor in Broad Ripple is excellent in many ways: Doctor Hasty is extremely thorough ; the desk staff are kind, considerate and competent and the women in the eye glass department-- oh my!!! they are so helpful, so knowledgeable and so customer service oriented. Go here for your eyes!

Christina is our optician and she did an awesome job of helping me select frames. I hate how I look in glasses but my husband loves my new look! Thank you so much! Dr. Godfrey was a God-send. Finally feel like I can see right! Also, super recommend the Maui Jim’s.
