You do not attend as it is, it is not like before you arrived and they attended to you and talked to the clients now the workers do not attend to the dog and they are very bitter they do not do their work well and they are always standing looking at the floor or looking at the phone very bad service

It is that 4 years ago I found out that I went to leave the cowboy clothes that they gave me for Christmas and it was not mine but I cried a lot and I love it is that they told me that I did not like it is that it is great but I do not have to return it and The alternative of 4 years has already passed and 5 years will pass and I am sure that I remember that the shirt was blue and the pants were red

I didn’t feel welcomed one bit since I was not the same race as others. Store cashier helped answered my questions about a hat, but shook her head repeatedly at others in the store like I should not have been there 9-24-22. This was my first and last experience at this place.I proudly embrace all cultures and races and have even denounced hatred others have said about or exhibited towards Hispanics. It is a shame how belittled I was treated in front of my son by an employee, just because I was not Hispanic. I would reevaluate coming to this store if you are not Hispanic so you don’t experience the same trauma that I did.

Great shop to find boots, cowboy boots, or work boots. Also a huge selection of western style clothing and hats. The staff was very friendly with assisting me. Will definitely do business with them again.

I have never had an issue until today I went it and the lady’s where so distracted and didn’t help us at all and for time to checkout their was only one cashier and multiple on their phone.. they always offer you a small discount when you get many items we would always pay around $350 for 2 pairs of boots we paid $400 for 2 they said that taxes where going up like girl we was here last week…
