Very nice and friendly staff. Always have a smile on their face to work with you and The employees listen very well to what you want done to your hair. Of course now in my personal experience, they gave me exactly what I asked for and more. Great experience, highly recommended ??

Called in as instructed at least 4 times within a 2 week period, and continually told to call back the next day when other stylists are in to see if they have availability. One stylist called and told me she would be available the following week, but would check with the others to see if anyone had availability any sooner and she would call back. Never got a call back and when I called 2 times at the time of day they told me to, to see who I could get in with the lady that kept answering was irritated and rude bc they don't have a way to schedule people with the stylists if they are a new clients. I was hung up on when I called back bc my phone glitched and went on mute at the end of the conversation. I tried to call back and make sure they had my phone number to give to Gary who they said would be in soon if he had time to cut/color my hair. When I called back I was hung up on 2 times. I guess they don't want new clients.

Cher cut and styled my hair today and did an excellent job!! I have short, very thick hair and lots of "cow licks" to deal with. She went through it several times to make sure it was going to lay nice and look great. Absolutely no complaints here!!!
