I have health issues so I purposely make an appointment so I won’t have to wait in a small room filled will people. I arrive before my appoint to 4 other people in the room and 1 walking out. I am told it will be a 30 minute wait. The people around me did not make appointments.If you are going to use the first come first servedmethod why would I even bother to make an appointment ahead of time

I had an appointment at 10 am for pre employment drug screen. Waited an hour holding my pee in because Jennifer said I was a walk in. No my appointment was at 10 am they let multiple people go in front of me that was there after me. Very unprofessional. They still never took me and wouldn't give me the number to who is in charge

I went there for a pre employment drug test and the employee named Jennifer Holbert, was nice but did things different than usual. I've been there before and two other women had helped me and made my experience easy. However with Jennifer who I never seen before, had me walk into a room to put my belongings on the counter. Usually, the employee and I would go straight to the restroom area and put my stuff in the safe. Well with Jennifer, after I laid my belongings down she asked, do you want a lock safe. I said yes, then she didn't say anything, after a few seconds of awkward silence because I started to put my things in a small white cart to transport. She said, no blood had been on it....ugh.So we went to the restroom area where should of have went to begin with because the lock safe, restroom and urine cups are all right there. After I had put my stuff in the safe, she told me put my pockets inside out (which was new to me) and lift my mask up (which was weird to me).After doing my test we went to the room and where she completed the paper work. I had to sign my portion and she made a joke about my signature. She handed me my papers and said bye.She was nice but the experience was totally different than my precious experiences. In the past, a young black woman had helped me and an older black woman had helped and both were extremely nice, clear with their instructions and made it easy.

I go here regularly for my blood draws because my doctors office isn't on my way home. i have always been very happy! They always find the vein on the first draw with no pain. The staff is also very friendly. I've seen a few people in the waiting room at once but I've never had to wait more than 15 minutes.

The staff is very professional, friendly and don't keep you waiting. When the staff draws your blood it doesn't hurt. I would definitely recommend this office for your clinical needs.

charged me $160 for blood work and then can’t even read my results when they come back because they’re not “qualified to”. don’t you think that you should have people who can read results when you can’t get ahold of a busy doctor? don’t waste your time or money here.

I did not have a good experience at this location and won't go back. I made the person aware that I tend to pass out due to vagus nerve response and need to lie down. I also requested a butterfly needle due to my needle phobia (everywhere else I go uses one). She didn't lay me down and claimed they did not have that type of needle. She also refused to acknowledge anything I said or asked her and kept commenting on how I was all worked up. Not helpful.

The staff is so rude here. The woman working refused to look and see if my doctor had sent orders over. She was condescending and down right rude. Go someplace else.
