Very clean very organized and easy to schedule. The employees are incredibly nice. I would give 5 stars but there was an issue with my QR code but they resolved very easily with my mobile number. Lab results came back fast. The are doing a good job with covid rules.

I was scheduled for 8:20AM I arrived at 8:04AM and was told it would be 20 minutes. I was out the door by 8:17AM. The staff was courteous and friendly. I left my insurance card and they promptly phoned before I reached my car. Great service

The hours online are wrong because they close at 5:00! Since I had to bring my urine jug in that I spent 24 hours collecting for nothing and me having to redo it since your hours are incorrect online along with wasting gas for an hour drive and time wasted , I decided to water your hospital flowers for you. They smell great now. You’re welcome. Please correct your hours!

Made an appt. Waited while the waiting room filled up with people talking on their cell phone, coughing etc...then they called a person who checked in after me. When I grabbed my paperwork back--as I was walking to my car was accosted by the Community South security guy. He said he'd received a "panic call". Wow! Poor service AND harassment. It's just weird that I have to have my dr. appts. over the phone, but I can sit in the lab for 1/2 hour to get my bloodwork for that Dr. This place is total nonsense. The employees are rogue, disrespectful, dismissive, and there is no accountability, obviously. Never again..Zero stars.

Facilities clear, safety precautions in place, staff friendly and helpful. There was someone to guide me to the lab, hallway decor pleasant. Gloves provided for sign in, wait time 5-10 minutes. Lab tech made sure right patient, right test. Tech took my suggestion on where to stick, one stick & done.

I went in this morning for the first time at this location for a blood draw. The staff was very friendly and professional. I was in and out in less than 15 minutes with a very painless blood draw.

I had walked up the receptionist because the machine said to, and she caught an attitude with me because I didn’t use it correctly. I will never be back here, older lady with wire rimmed glasses.

The website shows as open on Saturday but after driving 35 miles I am told that they aren't open til Monday. They don't have weekend outpatient lab services. Need to update your website for all locations not showing them open when they aren't.

I really hate coming to this lab. It took 35 minuted for me to drop off a stool sample. If I would have known there was a wait to drop something off I would have just stayed here and given the sample. It never takes this long at the 56th Street lab. They weren't even busy.

Open at 7am? Nope. I went there today at 7:25 and waited a half an hour. No one showed up at all. I don't know who runs this place, but they don't keep their regular posted hours.

They close 6pm, I call at 3pm trying to find their lab and they said they stopped taking specimens for the day. Seriously?

Walk up to the window and got absolutely rudest greeting. No good morning, no hello, just a "what do you need" in a gruff tone. Then practically yelled at me to sign in. Then told me my writing was scribble and that wouldn't work. Really??? Admittedly my hand writing is not great, but there is no need to be rude and loud in front of the entire waiting room. I am a PCP and have sent many patients to this location. Ummm. Not anymore
