I have been bringing my pets here for over 20 years. The Doc's have retired or moved but the service is always great. Most of the staff has been there a long time. They all are pet lovers.

This was my first time taking my dog to a vet. The experience that I had was great,the staff was polite,helpful which put me at ease during my little guys visit. I was very pleased with how they treated me and my dog and their patient my dog which made his exam
and treatment a great experience. I was very happy with the service that I received at the Michigan Road Animal Hospital.

If I could rate this Animal Hospital at a zero, I would. Customer service is very poor-we had multiple negative interactions with front desk staff who were just downright rude. I also truly feel there is some definite price gouging going on. We now take our pets to a clinic in Zionsville & pay a considerable amount less overall. The only positive with this animal hospital is that the Veterinarians themselves seem very good, however I would guess these Vets are also the ones writing the hospital's policies & procedures, i.e. prices.

I had a little trouble reaching their welcoming page to make an appointment but once that was done and I brought my dog in they were very helpful even though he didn't want to be there they were patient with him and I think we found a vet that we can take our dog to in the future.
