Had a great experience today! I was helped by chris who went above and beyond to help me! I Would definitely recommend this store over a lot of the other stores I've been to here in indy!!

Lost my phone had another metro because I upgraded the agent Lied right to my face told me these phones weren't metro buy a new phone I was with metro for 6yrs He never tried to help & become upset when I said I'm not buying one use my old phone Not to mention he was unkept messy hair dirty clothes "this was @ 38th & Meridian "next to Jay's quick stop store across the street The Real T- mobile

The store clerk was behind glass the entire time. We ported in a number and we're supposed to get a free phone. ended up walking out with a bill for 140 bucks and. I clue what plan he put me on muchless anything else that I might have wanted like insurance on my phone. Very unhappy about my visit to this location.

I've been using metro PCs for over a decade and have been to many different stores. But I feel like the service at this store was by far the best. They were very understanding of my situation, and did everything in their power to help me find a solution. They're definitely worth every star
