I went here to switch my mom old phone to a new one, and the wait was unbelievably long. The store was extremely hot also. I ended up leaving without being serviced at all. It shouldn't take 30+ minutes to deal with one customer. I ended up switching her to a new phone company so I won't have to deal with metro anymore.

For me, Metro by T-Mobile because they have tablets at a very good price and they have phones that have a lot of speed and give me a signal anywhere I go because my phone is a 5G and it gives me a signal anywhere

I wanted to make a reconnection of my plan and the Latino that was attending with tattoos on his hand, gave me a lousy service with a bad attitude, they should fire him, he did not help me at all with my doubts!

I had a good experience at Metro by T-Mobile and the woman employee was very helpful and giving me information about the phone and speed and about the data usage on the phone and that i could upgrade my upgraded phone in 6 month's if i wanted to.

Google states they close at 9pm. Arrived at store at 7:40 doors already locked and closed. Sign on door said they closed at 8. Not satisfied at all.

This was the second location that had an employee who actually helped me. I have been to metros all over town. The young woman at this location took a few minute to look over my device. She couldn't get it to work but she at least tried and for that I am thank full.

The girl who helped me was nice, while the other woman clearly does not like Black women. The one piece of advice I have for everyone is that you count your change before you leave. Make sure the amount you pay in store matches up to the amount MetroPcs thanks you for paying (in a text) once you start your service. Ask for a receipt!
