Very disappointed in the customer service received yesterday and today. The guy is very disrespectful and rude, doesn't really want to help. Received better service over the phone with customer service! Wish I could give 0 stars!

Chris the manager is outstanding. Has a vast knowledge of phones. They also have another store at 52nd and keystone. Those are the two best metro stores in Indianapolis. So if you're interested getting a prepaid phone. Go to either 25th and Sherman or 52nd and keystone at Metro by T-Mobile.. ❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️

Loyal customer for 5yrs. Phone stopped working last December 2021. With my new phone i did not receive a charging cable. Called Metro by T-Mobile and got the same o same o run around different day scenario. Flat out... No. I would have to purchase one. I then mentioned again loyal customer and also pay $6 for insurance. What is wrong with Metro by T-Mobile. You just lost a valuable customer... Bye Bye
