Terrible company, there is not enough signal and to make matters worse the phone that you just purchased goes bad. In less than a month you go to have the problem resolved and the guy there acts stupid and sends you to customer service, you talk to customer service and they tell you that the boy has to change your phone for a new one and well, nothing, one thing or another, they don't solve anything for you, so PLEASE DO NOT GO WITH THIS GUY OR WITH METRO PCS. As soon as I can do it, I will change of company

Really bad service tried to buy 2 phone when I tried to ask for phone that’s I like she told me she only has one and is the most expensive phone and I told her u have other more economic and she said no that’s crazy how this metro want to sell only what they want and is the Same lady it’s been twice so I walked out but bad bad service never again coming to this place she supposed help people not make them leave but oh well that’s on them I didn’t get her name but she had glasses and is white kinda chubby

I had gone in previously for two free phones and service and the young man who helped me took almost the whole afternoon. When one phone was lost and another stolen I figured it was going to cost me something. When I went back in there was a young woman working and within the first minute assured me I owed nothing and had begun the transaction to get me into a new phone and service! This has got to be the same woman that everyone else is raving about in the reviews and I do hope her managers are reading these reviews! You have a fabulous employee in her and I hope you aren't going to waste her talents as a clerk for long!

great services, the manger here helped me out a lot, i bought a 200 dollar phone, its great. He should get a raise. he should shave his bread though its kinda long, overall great experience.

I bought a $200 phone and a $20.00 phone case. I came back the next day with the phone case to show them the case was defective and wanted an even exchange. The manager told me he wouldn't give me a free phone case but would charge me half price on my next case. Why would I pay $30. For one phone case. Every other store I went to said they would do the exchange but didn't have the same product. Was very unhappy. Poor customer service. Will know for future since I wasn't informed you couldn't return or exchange any accessories you buy from their store. Go to Plainfield Metro.

Not the best Metro, not the worst by any means. Typical limited inventory that is the case with most Metro's I've found however I can say that the nice young lady that was working this past Saturday was much faster than the majority of other Metro sales reps I've encountered in the past few years, was thorough, and efficient. As a small business coach I can honestly tell the powers at be at Metro that they should take a look at this young lady, she's definitely management material.

My fiance and I went there...he is with Boost moble...her customer service was excellent...even knowing we didn't have the $$ right then she convinced him to switch from Boost with a much better deal then what he's been getting with them ðŸ˜
