After 2 years , I came back and in my opinion this place has definitely changed for the better. The Manger Kaley I believe her name was, and if I'm wrong, I'm sorry, went above and beyond to help along with the 2 young ladies there. I left metro over 2 years ago because of the workers here at this location. I'm so glad they have the team they do now.

Walked in to look at phones these 2 kids supposed to be professional start snickering to themselves. The shortest one more concerned on what's on her phone than walking to the sales floor to see if i needed help. As I am walking around looking at phones they begin to snicker again. So I ask do they have cheaper phones she just said these here as if it was a bother for her to answer me. So I stated I should have gotten the phone from another location in which it was cheaper. As I am walking out instead of them thanking me for coming in they proceeded to laugh. The problem with these companies is they hire unprofessional people to deal with the general public and they act like it's a bother to ask them a question or have concerns. I own 2 businesses I just didn't want to keep paying 100.00 for a phone that's only lasting 6 months. You all need to reaccess your hiring process because clearly these people don't have morals.

I arrived about 15 minutes before closing, and was treated with the same respect as the first customer of the day. The woman that helped me and my son was very helpful. She answered any questions I had. She hooked us up with the best deal for a new phone for my son. She never rushed us or seemed in a hurry. She also got my sons new phone set up and working pretty fast. I would definitely go back to this location and recommend this store. I know how frustrating it can be when its almost closing time and someone walks in with a bunch of questions and concerns. This woman was extremely patient and kind. Thank you!!!
