I'm starting to really hate Metro. There is always a new employee working when I go in. I can never get an agent on the phone, my app is always wrong, my service sucks....I wish I could switch but idk who is the best anymore.I also had the home Internet from them and it went in and out quite a bit and they sold me on a lie. Said it was buy it and pay the first month get the second free. Nope. Nothing was free and the man who told me/sold me doesn't work there anymore go figure.

Amber and Collene were very helpful when I stopped into the store today got me hooked up with an up to date phone with no glitching. Amber also helped me to apply for $30 off my bill which is a complete blessing. So faithul and caring Born blessed

I pull up to the,store on prospect st,sign says open til 8,I was there at 722 and nobody would answer the phone or door, I'm glad I chose to go with another carrier, not a way to do business.
