Went to four different Metro by T-Mobile locations and received little to no help/customer service but Ram at this store was very polite, helpful & knowledgeable about the service Metro provides. I hardly ever post reviews but I thought he deserved some recognition for a job well done & for having a great attitude.

This location has been absolutely great to deal with, always answer questions, assists with trouble and been affordable!! Over the past couple years Summit has provided excellent customer service!!!! I definitely highly recommend this location.

This location is extremely under staff. The staff is not customer oriented. He didn’t greet or acknowledge any customer when youwalk in.

I go in there to get my phones most times. Patty is very helpful and doesn't lie about the prices like they do on the other metros i go to. Store always clean.
