Employee Ram was a great help explaining everything \\u0026 helping with discounts. My only concern is with the company not running there special sales \\u0026 waiving activation fees for a reasonable time frame.. also no customer loyalty discounts.. Ram was excellent though

The 2 girls at the store were really sweet. I felt bad for them because while I was there they had 2 different disgruntled customers that were mad about something the girls had no control over to begin with.? But they both remained calm, polite, & as helpful as they WERE able to be. Kudos to them!

The Ladies on the South west side at Metro PCS were awesome. I was able to make two payments with no problems. They got me in and out in in a good time. The place was clean, smelled fresh. Both were friendly.
