I had a terrible experience at this Metro by T-Mobile store. I came in wanting to upgrade my phone to an iPhone, and from the moment I walked in, I was treated with complete disrespect. The employee who helped me was rude and discriminatory just because I don't speak English very well. She spoke to me in an aggressive tone, raising her voice like I was less than other customers. She called someone who spoke Spanish, but her bad attitude didn’t change. I felt humiliated, like I didn’t even have the right to be there just because my English isn’t perfect. I lost my time, my patience, and I walked out without the phone I wanted because I refuse to accept that kind of treatment. This store urgently needs to train its staff in respect, tolerance, and basic customer service. I do not recommend anyone to come to this location.

Was able to easily switch my number over to a new phone with only a 25$ activation fee. Very pleased.

Don't go to this place. The woman at the desk has a very bulgar mouth and bad attitude
The police told me that they have many call from costumes this place is not safe for costumers.
