10 star experience for me. My phone crapped out and wouldn't charge so purchased a new one here, many very good budget options to choose from. Also wanted to update my payment details, that netted me $10/mo savings through the auto pay discount. Porting over to my new phone proved to be a disaster and the young lady helping in the process was incredibly patient, understanding, and helpful. Ultimately, we succeeded in the google account login and account transfer. Thank you so much for being helpful!

This was the best and nicest customer service representatives that I have had to deal with lately. I went to a different store last week and the people working there was just straight up flat out rude as H*** an didn't want to answer any questions I had....... But this store here not one problem the was really nice an got me taken care of and out the door in no time...... Definitely worth giving a 5 star rating and shout out to the nice young lady and nice young man. The young mans name that took care of me was Jonathan thank you for being so nice and not rude

When asking to hook up a tablet, they said they don't do tablets. Left the store and googled it and in fact MetroPCS does offer tablet plans.

Really recommend this location, Esteban helped me out he was very helpful, friendly, and professional!!! Customer service was excellent, got a free phone and switched my line to Metro and so far all is good and the payment is cheaper for same quality of service and now I get Amazon prime through them!!!! Go check it out!
