This location is definitely stealing money from customers. I went in an purchased my son a phone yesterday. She swiped my card once and said the system got disconnected and she has to swipe again. I was charged twice when I called my card. I went in today and was told there is no record of me being charged twice an that I'll have to call my bank to handle it. I told them wouldn't that be stealing from me if I do it that way and he responded technically no. I'll never go in there again.

My car broke down and I was waiting to get it fixed. I decided to walk into this metro t mobile store and I AM so happy I did. Juan Alcantar immediately greeted me and his hospitality and service to others is unparalleled ... and I work in the service industry. They were so nice, and I am not even a customer. Bought an unlocked phone online, but everything on it showed T-mobile. I made an appointment and came in to get it unlocked. The gentleman helping me (Richard?) was so great. I know nothing about phones, and suggested that I just needed to put my carrier's SIM card in to switch the phone if it is unlocked. It was probably very obvious, but the associate was patient, and did not make me feel silly for my ignorance. Very thankful for the help!

The young lady lied to me about this Alcatel phone, I had to go back to get it replaced because it sucks, the last time me 3 to 4 business days. It turned out 7or more business days I lost money for they into week. She replaced my phone and the second phone sucks like the first phone
