I love the products and location but a majority of the staff are prejudice on who and how they treat customers, I’ve heard many customers say “they treat me right because I’m white” as they leave the checkout. I myself have had staff give me bad looks and half help but the younger staff and eldest staff treat me wonderfully. I’m giving one star because corporate needs to have a training session for this location on treating people equally regardless of race or ethnicity! It’s common for me to deal with this the further south I go of the city but I will no longer just deal with it! Change must be made no exceptions or excuses we are all one country and one people under god, liberty, and justice for ALL!

Products are generally good and large selection. Customer service here leaves a lot to be desired. Asked about a flat bed to get more than 2 trees in a shopping cart and was told they were around somewhere but might all be taken so had to use a broken lumber cart. Brought a tree up to front to see if they would discount (they have a lot of trees that are on the rough side with wilting leaves and branches). I thought we might give one a shot if we could get a decent discount off the 90$ price. We get up to front and they have to call a manager that graciously offers 5% off (total is now $85) for a dying tree after coming up and asking “what’s wrong with it” when the tree is clearly dying and need some real TLC. We thought he was joking at first with the “what’s wrong with it” because if you have ever seen a tree before you would know this one isn’t in good shape. Anyway it’s a fun story to tell people about Menards I guess. We had just visited the fishers location and they had the same tree but in beautiful condition and wanted to give this tree a shot at discount but $5 off is laughable and I’ll be heading up north or to a nursery to get a well taken care of tree.

This place consistently plays the lamest pop music you can imagine non-stop even though everyone thinks it sucks. Good store tho

Store is always clean and organized. I appreciate the selection and pricing. The parking lot definitely needs to be addressed at this location. Parking a 3/4 pickup is an adventure. Not everyone drives a minivan. If you can’t accommodate a contractor only area at least widen and lengthen the existing lots please.

Jeremiah went above and beyond loading my vehicle at order pick up. He didn't just load what was Required, he even went in and picked up my furring strips. He was extremely friendly very professional and very courteous. Very happy with his level of service period I can clearly say it was above and beyond anything i've received at any hardware store before
