Menards has provided a very safe environment. It's clean and organized very well. Sometimes it's not enough Cashiers. Maybe in the future they'll go to something like Kroger's and Walmart with self-checkout. They had what I needed today.

I like this place, always get my birds supplies and my husband all his tools but today was really disapointed when I got my apple Tree and they wouldn't honor the price even when I showed them the picture cause they said it was not the right kind but I took it from behind the sign, I don't work there, I don't know about codes, if the product is out you should take down the sign, this is false advertisement.

In short, this could be a nice place to shop if you could simply look up where to find something like nearly every other retail store out there. If you want to waste half your day, stop in with a short shopping list and spend hours wandering around frustrated. After nearly every visit, I swear I'll never come back. But then I get sucked back in by some unique product I find on their website. I'll order online, but then I'm on my own to find it in the disorganized store with outside people telling me it's inside and inside people telling me it's outside.

Very good place to do your shopping for the garden, super attention, workers at your disposal for any help you want, everything is very orderly and clean.
Likewise, when paying, the service is very fast, excellent Menards

Excellently, all the customer service staff are so friendly and respectful and they help you with everything, the only thing you have to do is pay and they put everything in your carts. I recommend it, it is the best company to buy household appliances, all types of construction materials have 100% customer service, I give it 10 stars.

Wanted to buy river rock from you. Took picture of your product number and bar code took to front after waiting in line after 10 people to be told she can’t sell it to me that way. Hmmm. Then how I ask oh you need a ticket. Where did it say that and why didn’t anyone come ask me if I needed one. Then got told you don’t even have a cashier in lawn and garden if I had to go back and get it. Poor business practice. Bought my $200 of river rock at Lowe’s. Guess that’s where I’ll be going now on.

Just left this store after a terrible experience. The manager on duty should be demoted to stock boy. The customer in front of me had 2 items, 1 of which didn't have a sku#. The manager comes over, calls that department to have someone walk to the front to get the item, then walks back to that department to get the sku, then walks all the way back to the front. All while I, and 8 other people, stand in line waiting for 10 minutes. How about ask that guy to step aside till they get back with the sku? Then 5 other people get checked out while waiting. Will not be returning. Hopefully the time and date stamp on this will help the Menards corporate office identify the man that was "managing" and remove him from this position, as he is clearly underqualified.

Never have your propane filled by Menards as they have a new what I will call scam going on.
NEW MENARDS PROPANE SCAM = $5.00 service charge is all it says on the receipt.
SKU#5759815 does not exist at other MENARDS locations I checked. Other locations will say this sku does not exist.
• The sku does not mention it being related to propane, and MENARDS INDY EAST is the only location that has it setup.
Two mostly empty tanks refilled came to $53.33
Menards Indy East used to be my go to store for everything. Not anymore.
There is not one mention of this on the website or at the filling station. They had filled my two tanks before I had paid. So when I was the person at the register rang up
$19.92 + $19.92 + $5 fee + $5 fee + Tax = I was shocked.
The manager says sorry there is nothing we can do, even though this is not listed or advertised anywhere.
Well guess what. I have a choice of where to spend thousands of dollars on hardware, lumber, power tools, water softeners, etc.
Lawrence Tool Rental = $ 21.50 to refill 20lb propane tank
U-Haul = $15 to $20 if empty, and they charge per pound if your tank is not half full; then it would cost less.
Best of luck and the cat is out of the bag on this one.
Will let everyone using heavy equipment, RV, lawn mowers, etc that run on propane to shop elsewhere.

I purchased 300 tile spacers in an online order. Picked up the order but didn't notice they gave me a bag of 200 tile spacers. I try to take them back to the Anderson location for a refund but was advised I have to go back to Indy for a refund. Menards is a multi billion dollar company but can't handle a $5 refund. Keep up the great work team!
