Meijer in Indianapolis, IN, is a family-owned store offering a wide variety of products since 1934. Customers appreciate the fresh produce delivered daily, custom-cut meats, seafood six days a week, and fresh-baked bread. The store features over 40 departments with low prices, including pet brands and the latest fashions, along with weekly specials and savings through mPerks. The store is generally clean, well-stocked, and easy to navigate, especially after hours when it’s less crowded. Staff members are polite, kind, and willing to help, providing a good shopping experience. The self-checkout option saves time, though some find the loud music distracting and wish for more cashiers rather than relying heavily on self-checkout. Overall, shoppers find Meijer to be a better alternative to other stores like Walmart, offering quality service and a wide selection of products.
Love the pharmacy service as well as the grocery department.

Dropped my credit card into the self checkout and three employees were able to take apart the machine and get it back to me. They were very quick, nice, and helpful!!
