“Lab and immigration medical services is what they do. The Rizvi's are Very sweet couple. Babar is the owner and he welcomed me with his big smile. His wife does paperwork on Saturday mornings. I was promptly greeted. Paperwork was quick. The place looked very clean. My Labworks was drawn pretty quickly. Saturdays are appointments only. I am happy I made an appointment. I'll definitely refer lab on demand to my friends and families.”

“I've been here a few times for labs and each time has been great. The staff is direct and not too friendly but that isn't their job. They seem to get people in and out efficiently and I love that.”

“I had set an appt for 8:30. There were 3-4 other people scheduled for the same time. I arrived 10 minutes early and was not received until 8:50. That wasn't ideal. I scheduled my appt on the website. One doctor had a test ordered to Quest already, so I selected that one, but I couldn't add one another doctor had given me on paper. I gave the phlebotomist the paper order, and she assumed that was all that was needed. I assumed she already knew about the test ordered online. I asked if the one vial would be for both tests. No. I had to get jabbed again. It's not her fault, but the scheduling system needs a little more flexibility for adding an order.”

“Great service. Walked right in, was out the door in 15 minutes. Will definitely drive to this location instead of the one closer to my house for the positive experience.”

“I’ve had blood tests many many dozens of times in my life and I'm prone to get ill from the experience but this was the best and easiest blood test I’ve had thanks to Toria. She was an excellent technician and made it fast and stress free for me. A+”

“I had an appointment at this location today and was taken back 4 minutes after my applicant time. My doctor had faxed over extensive orders for labs which took a long time for the gentleman whose name I believe was Jim, to enter and scan and the computer didn’t save anything. He had to retype and scan everything in. We were both frustrated but he was very patient and friendly re-entering everything. I was fasting and had 16 vials of blood drawn and became a little flushed and lightheaded and he got me a cold pack and water and had me sit until I felt better and followed me to the door to make sure I was ok on my feet. I sincerely appreciate the time he took with me today in a frustrating situation with a crowded waiting room. Made a not so fun experience much better. Thank you!”

“I normally have trouble with having my blood drawn, but the draw I had here was not only the easiest draw I've ever had but it was also the most vials I've ever had drawn. I believe my provider that day was Nurse Joy!”

“I had an appt at 11:00 am. When I got there I checked in and was told they were ready for me 5 mins later (prior to actual appt time) Shakira was my tech. I have very small veins and they are hard to get a regular needle in them. Causes alot of pain. She had the needle in and blood drawn in abt 30 seconds! She is good! No multiple attempts, brusing or tears for me! Thank you Shakira!”

“This location is surprisingly easy to get to even for me coming from Martinsville. I think it's easier than going to IU West, probably because of less traffic and not as many lights. Definitely way fewer semi trucks having not to cut through Plainfield's streets. The free parking lot is always sparsely populated here. I love the automatic revolving door and inside door at the main entrance. Completely hands free. There is no check in station here but plenty of signage posted with the current rules for safety. The doctor and PA I see are on the first floor. They are some of the best I see, if not the best, and I see 10 different specialists in the IU Health system. If you would like to know who, just ask, and I will share. Bottom line is I don't mind driving here as long as I-465 is clear of accidents because this office is located real near a main exit, 38th street, off 465. But it is also located right off I-65 as well making it pretty convenient for most people.”

“I was worried about the reviews, but I will say I had a great experience. I checked in from the car, it texted me to go in, I sat down for 2.5 seconds and was brought back by Cindy. She asked me if I was okay with a phlebotomist in training to take my blood and I reluctantly said yes (past trauma lol). The wonderful young lady came in very professionally and took my blood. She was careful, gentle, and very sweet. They took my blood and had me out of there in a matter of maybe 10 minutes? Overall, great experience and would go back if Cindy and the other young lady were taking care of me. Side note: i noticed they posted the hours (including lunch) on the door when you walk in. They are listening and paying attention to the comments on here, so that is great.”
