“Ted was who helped me. He happened to be filling in for the day but I think he is ususally at the Avon store. I started looking for matresses on my own, online. It made me really stressed. There are so many matresses out there. So i called matress firm to ask a few questions. He answered them all and more. So i went in while he was there. My experience was amazing. He took his time with me. Wasn't pushy. Didn't try to get me to buy the most expensive. Did everything he could to keep me in my price range and did. Was very relaxed and he had me take my time to find the best matess that fits me and my husband. I highly recommend matress firm. They have most brands in the store and they are very educated on all of the products as well.”

“It was my son who introduced me to Comfort Option. He purchased mattresses for his whole house and was extremely satisfied so I decided to give them a try. I wasn’t exactly sure which mattress to choose so I called the store and got some great ideas from Merrideth. Our mattress has been extremely comfortable but after a few months we decided we needed something a little firmer. We contacted Comfort Option and Nathan, the owner, personally helped us pick a layer that would give us the additional support we needed. They shipped that new layer free of charge and it was perfect. I can’t say enough about this company. They are doing everything right, from the product to the outstanding customer service. “We worked with Sandi Wardell. We told her we needed a mattress that would support our backs/hips. Both my husband, and I, have back/hip issues. We narrowed it down to Tempur-Pedic - Ergo and Stearns & Foster Hybrig. We took a couple of days to think it over. We tested each bed again when we went back in to purchase. We settled on the Stearns & Foster because I did not feel the tension in my back. Sandi was very patient, understanding, answered our questions, gave us input on each mattress. “We called Best Value, talked to Ken on phone-told him what we wanted. Walked in the door 30 minutes later-he took us to a room, pointed at a mattress and said, "That's the one." It was perfect-but I couldn't believe it was that easy and had to lay on 5 others just to make sure. He was dead on from my description- It was that easy.Very honest guy, explains everything multiple times if you are financing and forces you to look at paperwork (lol). Gives you a great deal-we got a 2900 dollar mattress for 1200 bucks (Box springs included) because we told him that was what we wanted to spend on phone. Next day delivery. So easy- WILL NOT BUY A MATTRESS ANYWHERE ELSE EVER!!!! THE BEST! 10 STAR RATING!”
