I suspect that Neiko & Xavier went out of their way to deliver my mattress at a time that was convenient for me. They could not have been more friendly, kind and accommodating. Mattress Firm should give them a bonus for showing a customer such an example of professionalism coupled with Southern hospitality!

Tyler was ever so pleasant and helpful when it came to making my decision
The delivery crew was awesome, good attitude,smiling faces and completed the assembly of my bed in no time. Wish all delivery crews where like that.

I entered the shop with the familiar trepidation: questioning the young sales person's ability to slow her speech, patience, listen carefully to understand my situation, and know the company's inventory well enough to make an informed suggestion of a mattress. I respectfully said as much to the associate - name Grey, who assured me she was capable of all I'd asked. My visit lasted about 40 mins or more and I left having purchased the desired mattress- and what a pleasant surprise That was! Grey nailed it. My experience at the Glendale Mattress Firm was a definite 'A+. Thank you again, Grey!

If I remember her name correctly Grey was great! I think a lot of people have experienced the panic of when systems fail, and that poor girl went through it trying to get us checked out and on our way! No fault of hers, just a system issue, and she stayed thirty minutes past close. She was beyond knowledgeable on the products, super friendly, and even more helpful!
