Val was a great help on choosing the mattress we bought-no pressure and had several suggestions we hadn’t even thought of.The delivery guys were great and helpful, too.We had to “modify” the bed height after a couple of nights (we have short legs) and he helped us in the decisions to get a different base.We would highly recommend him and Mattress Firm if you are looking for new bedding.

My daughter and I visited Mattress Firm today. I needed to purchase a mattress and box spring for a bed in my guest room. I had a good idea of what I wanted and the price range I wanted to stay within. I was helped by the store manager, Craig. From the moment we walked in the door and until we left, Craig was extremely helpful, friendly and professional. He answered all my questions and saved me some money on delivery, etc. I was very pleased with the service and would visit again if I need another mattress.

Very good experience. Went in just to look and was helped by the manager, Craig. Told him our price range, he guided us thru the choices based on our daughter’s sleep habits, and then showed us what was available in her price range. What was offered weren’t what she was looking for in comfort. He then said for a bit over her price range (thinking great, here we go with the upscale), but no, it was just about $100 more than her price range. The Matress was 100x better than the firmest in her original range. Ended up buying! No regrets. Didn’t feel like there was any pressure to buy. Will recommend
