Used to be a great service. Not anymore. Terrible customer service, terrible communications, they make it SO hard to communicate the message is clearly 'we do not want to talk to you- go away'. Message received. I have been a customer for years, with a weekly subscriptions, over two states. Now, I cannot get answers when nothing arrives, or I appear to be lied to - 'oh the vendor is on a break' - but you can still put their items in your cart? Really? I have an annual pass, yet I get fees charged. Now. its week 3 and nothing is arriving at all. No advice, no order, no email, no notice. My subscription is still there for multiple items, but its just not processed - why? Who knows what excuse it will be this week.
Clearly MW is positioning to go public, but its so not ready for primetime. If you avoid customer communications and you cannot process the easiest transaction - a recurring subscription, you are not ready for national primetime. I have tried for months to get this resolved - but I am finally done. Next call will be the BBB.

I've been ordering for over three years. Spent over 25 grand and to say there has always been some problems is an understatement. However Maggie is so rude when there is a problem it's no longer worth my time. Also, they have vendors that attack you for leaving an honest review. Save your money go visit the farms. You'll wait all day for delivery and it's almost always wrong. Then you get to deal with Maggie making you feel like your trying to get something for nothing when your food is rotten.

We ordered a 4lb chicken. They sent 2 2lb chickens with no explanation or suggestion it might not be what we wanted. There is far less meat, the young chickens have far less flavor, serving up a couple of little birds looks mean to our guests.I will not order from them again.

I LOVE Market Wagon. it truly is an online farmers market but with even more variety. It is a way to help local farmers and get fresh meat and produce straight from the farmers. The food always tastes better than store bought. You can even purchase prepared meals on days you just don't feel like cooking which is a blessing. You can also get smoked meats like briskets and simply just heat at home. Buy local, shop local and help your own community.

I’ve enjoyed the convenience but I placed an order recently for the holiday and they didn’t deliver everything. Instead of bringing me my items after I told them I was just refunded. This doesn’t help.

I’ve been using Market Wagon for at least six months. At first I was impressed with the selection and some of the less common products such as duck eggs. The fresh cream was excellent. However there are several things that, over time, have made me consider dropping the service.Several items I’d like to re-order have been out of stock for weeks. The quality has been reasonably good but not always, so the inability to check out products before buying is a significant drawback. The biggest problem, however, is the price of most items is just too high, especially after factoring in delivery charges and a tip. If prices were comparable to supermarket, that would be OK, but even though I can afford it, I don’t like paying a premium for something that’s hardly any better than what I can mostly find elsewhere for less money. As far as I can tell, Market Wagon is more a marketing gimmick than something worth a premium. Give me more value or watch me go.

I suspended my subscription several weeks ago however, every Friday I get charged for a delivery to be delivered on Tuesday. Every Friday, I fill out a contact form, because there is no phone number, to complain that my subscription is suspended and to stop charging me. Someone emails back telling me it is taken care of. Next Friday rolls around and my card is charged again! Is this a scam? Do I really have to cancel my card to get out of this?

Two stars. I like the products. But the delivery has been ridiculous - now I've had missing items, and today I got someone else's delivery and none of mine. I can't find a single phone number that leads to a person - their main number specifically tells you they are not answering and don't check voicemails. WHAT?
