I Requested a replacement card literally 5 times it's finally came Wednesday. ITS WOULD HAVE TAKEN A LITERAL 2 YEARS IF IT BEEN A FEW DAYS LONGER! I was so frustrated but better late then never right...??

Concern of how they allow doctors to submit claims inorder to receive payment on regular check up visits benefits sending letters saying ur fragile so doctors can get paid when ur not fragile medically fragile interestingConstantly receiving letter showing medical fragile when ur not and perfectly healthy interested on knowing why?

This is my insurance and they are the greatest! Every time I call I get treated with respect and understanding. I would be in a huge debt if I wouldn't have had this insurance. I had to have 2 kinds of surgery to get tumors removed. If you can get this insurance do it!
