Glad someone is coming back to see what was installed, however, not sure why it needs to be viewed when clearly a huge chuck was broken off and then “repaired.” That was the worst patch job, too. why did they continue to install it without letting us know? I bought new and expect new, not repaired or price negotiation. I hope negotiation for their mistake to keep it doesn’t take place because that will not happen. I’ve waited 10 years to get new counter tops and now have to deal with this. They should be coming over to replace the counter top section. My poor husband had to deal with me being very upset and still am. My rating will change when the right thing is done for the amount we paid.

Have someone installing it that knows how to speak English to be able to talk to the customer. Have the installer use tools versus bump the countertop with his/her/their hip to place it and tearing up drywall. Then trying to cover up the drywall issue with silicone and then leaving silicone all over the wall once done. Also hitting the wall multiple times and scratching the paint on the wall where we have to repaint now. All of this and nothing was communicated and he/she/they didn’t say anything. Tried to ask a question if I needed brackets and he/she/they had no idea what I was saying and said not on paper. I fixed some of the issues and didn’t take photos of them. Horrible experience. I should have done it myself.Update: 12/11/23They called a week after they said they would and I still don't have an answer on if we need brackets or not. They said they would call back to send someone out, but still no call. I don't understand how they are organized there, and no apology for the installers damaging the walls and trying to cover up their mess up.

We have soapstone..beautiful,not a big countertop. The slab should have been sufficient to go across and make 2 L's. But it looks like they pieced it from different slabs. Heart breaking it was a pretty slab

This company and their workers are very efficient and very good in communicating with their customers! My granite countertop was installed, flawlessly, and efficiently. The product is exactly what I asked for, and there were no surprises. Lily Cohen is great at communicating with customers and she really helped me through the process of picking out granite for my kitchen. I couldn’t be happier! Thank you to everyone at Majestic stone!

We are so happy with our countertops. Working with Majestic Stone Imports was a pleasure from start to finish. The counter top we wanted was back ordered, they gave us options, when we chose to wait, they updated us frequently with emails. They scheduled the install, where on time, polite, professional, and efficient. They did a fantastic job.

We have been undergoing a kitchen renovation, and our contractor got the countertops from Majestic. We showed the contractor the type of edge and corner we wanted, but when they were installed the corners were rounded, not square as we wished. Our contractor was unwilling to do anything to rectify this, but I called Kylie at Majestic directly for a solution. She was very agreeable and receptive, and came up with a plan to get us our square corners at what was a reasonable cost. She was very responsive to my calls and texts, despite having to deal with a family emergency. Customer service is becoming non-existent today, but it is alive and well at Majestic. Many thanks to Kylie for her help.

Very very disappointing experience. We went downtown and met with a very friendly salesperson. We had been looking for just the perfect granite to match the rest of our kitchen. We finally found a few options that we really loved and left it that the salesperson would drop a couple samples by our house as she often comes to our area. A month went by no word, we followed up a number of times via VM and text, no response. One time we connected, she was busy and was going to call me back, no call back. A second time we connected she asked that I call her back that evening, when I called, got VM, left message, no call back. Finally connected one last time, she was going to be at the neighborhood directly across the street from mine, she was going to drop off the samples, no show. We are now 2 months in and have no choice but to find another option elsewhere. Very, very frustrating experience.

We went with Majestic because of their competitive pricing. We ended up with beautiful granite counters that were professionally installed correctly the first time. The backsplashes needed to be recut, but they came back within a week to install those. We were very happy with Jodi’s customer service and Ruben’s installation.

Terrible company.Tried to install our counter-top four times and never could get it cut right.They agreed upon a dollar settlement and never paid. We are going to court. Save yourself a lot of stress time and money.

Scheduling nightmare. They provided no information about the installation process. They installed the wrong sink so we will be without plumbing for multiple days. No offer of compensation for poor service.
