If there was an option for 0 stars, this place would be the one to get it. My daughter went here for 7 months. It started off okay with no problems, then as the months progressed I got messages EVERY day before 9am stating my child couldn’t come. Then I started bringing her earlier as I had work and they get paid for a reason for childcare. At that time I let them know she’d be coming earlier and here we go again with the messages. It got to the point where I was getting a message Monday night (a day she wasn’t going because of a holiday) that she wouldn’t be allowed to go on Tuesday and Thursday. Which means she was going 2 days that week. NOT TO MENTION, they still got every cent for a full weeks worth. Charged $365 for a week and at times she was only going 3 days or 4 days in a week because every single week there was something. Had the nerve to tell me that I still owed them $150 when I pulled her out because (she didn’t hit all her hours) BECAUSE they didn’t let her go 2 days that week. Director didn’t care about anything and was very rude. Absolute worst place I’ve ever taken my child for childcare… NOT TO MENTION one of the teachers had the nerve to talk to me like we were friends and proceeded to tell me she’s smoking weed before she comes in the center and does it on the weekends too. UNPROFESSIONAL… UPDATE: Will never talk to their “upper management” again. Did absolutely nothing. Old director still working there after MANY foul things was said. Definitely need reported.

I was looking for a better day care. After reading reviews, This specific location is worse then where my kids are at now. I called to cancel my registration and never got a call back, guess since I changed my mind they just don't care. LAZY 0 stars

My child has went here only a hand full of times and every single time she has came home with multiple bruises all over her head her head was real red and swollen last time we picked her up and when I went to get my child the teacher in the infant room said she was overwhelmed and they keep trying to say that she is just exploring and falling over everything I was even told she pulled a trash can over on her mind you my daughter is 6 months old and was able to pull a trash can over this center does not watch your kids parents be ware

This was a great place for our child. We have since switched to a daycare closer to where we live, but we find ourselves missing the staff here, because it was clear how much they care as professionals and as individuals. I like KinderCare's model, and as an unexpected bonus, the "At-Home Learning Guides" their central office started sending when the pandemic began are amazing tools for fun learning.

My son had a black eye, the “ teacher “ wrote up a false incident report which i was told by her. She did not see what happened, but she wrote the report. I then approached the assistant director, she told me that she would look into it. Days went by, and I had to reach out to her to see if she was able to provide me with correct details of this incident. She said she did not know. No one apologized to me, or tried to resolve the issue. I reached out to corporate with my concern and spoke to someone who told me Vicky will get back with me. She never called. They do not have anyone teaching the children, also the food is terrible. KinderCare is a level 4 I believe, which makes them expensive. So I never understand why they wouldn’t take more pride in their food quality. Some foods were scooped out of a freezer bag and served to the children. Cell phones usage are a big issue with some of the workers. The daycare is very unorganized, different “ teachers “ are watching your children, no consistency. I was told I had a copay through ccdf but actually it was KinderCare making me pay the remaining balance, because they are expensive and ccdf only covers so much. But instead of being truthful, they had me sign a form thinking it was a copay issued out through ccdf. During Covid, they had parents sit in the front waiting for someone to take their child back, while they sat in the office talking. I wouldn’t recommend KinderCare to anyone!

Do not take your child here. They are not attentive, my daughter came home with a adult thumb print on her arm, they showed no concern if I could give this center zero stars I would!!!!!!

My two children have been enrolled here for around three years. The staff here really cares and the vast majority of them are very good at their job. The admin staff is very easy to work with and they have always tried very hard to accommodate our erratic schedule. After reading some of the other reviews all I can say is that I have visited many daycare centers and the best way to describe 90% of them is organized chaos. Madison Kindercare definitely fits this description but the kids are safe, happy, and spend their days in an environment full of enrichment.

Today was my daughters first day there, she loved her teacher as did I! Everyone seemed very friendly and it was a well kept place. All the kids were playing outside, and the area was very clean! I am super impressed!

Not sure if it's a good day care. They only reply first emails that I request online. I have contact them two times on line in half year and I did heard back from Jennifer, her both email says would like to have a tour in next 'Couple' days, I was hurry wrote back and never hear from them again. The first time I thought maybe for some reasons, like busy or missed email or something. But it happened second time, did not heard back from second email. I would not take my kid there for sure.
