Decent store other than the homeless people hanging out in the barns at the back of the parking lot. I would just avoid that area and go somewhere else and get a barn there like I did.

Waited in the window section for ~10 minutes. Asked an employee in an adjacent section of anyone could help me. He wandered off and didn't come back. I called customer service and was put on hold for over 5 minutes. I'll go to a nearby store for my windows.

I came as a rep of the plumbing company I work for. Horrible customer service with ZERO friendliness. They were distrustful of my pickup after giving them a 16 digit order number and showing them ID which was unnecessary as my name is unrelated to the order that was made by the customer and my company. Do not ever shop here. Will never recommend

Lowe’s is a great store in terms of products but it’s fair to say their employees either don’t receive enough training or they just don’t care.
Employees don’t seem to want to help and when you can get one to help you they either don’t have a clue or they disappear to go and find out only to never return.

Do not order from this Lowe's. We ordered a toilet and it took an extra week to get delivered because they lost the tank, then when it was delivered the base was shattered. I was told they were reordering the base for me only to find out they never reordered it. Had to go into the store multiple times to figure out what was going on with the order. Not the first time we've had trouble with this Lowe's, we ordered our washer and dryer from them and paid for installation and they refused to hook up the dryer and I had to call Lowe's to get them to send someone else out to install it. Legitimately a horrible experience every single time I shop at this place. Would give it zero stars if possible.

Expensive. Hard to find employees when you're looking for something. I've had bad attitudes from floor employees and at the return counter. Also, 90 day return policy, no exceptions. Menards and Home Depot are 180 days.
