Somewhat disappointed that two times today I had placed web orders for items that were cancelled due to not being in stock, only for me to come to the store myself and find the items with no issues. Do you hire people to just wear the vest and look pretty?

Keep having problems with items that were returned by someone and put back on the shelf with missing parts. Then I purchase it, and it waste hours of my time and my employees time

Never trust these guys when you buy a product from them when you buy protection plan from them they will say anything happens to your appliance we will replace the product or repair it but nothing happened with my electric stove I bought protectionplanfor five years & it's only three years I called them my stove is not working properly then they sent a technician he said it's not repairable. Then I called them so many times never got satisfied answer from these guys. So I will recommend you guys when ever you guy buy protection plan from these stores don't trust them.

Spent 20 minutes in here, several employees standing around, no one came to assist after several request. My company spends hundreds of dollars here monthly but will be taking our business up the street to Home Depot going forward

Went in because the website said this location has the dog kennel I wanted. Looked for it and wasn’t there. Looked for someone to assist me, found no one. Went to customer service, guy there said they had some in stock in the back. He called a lady to assist me. She met me in the area I was in before and said if the product wasn’t there then they didn’t have it. So which is it? Is it in the back and the lady didn’t want to help me by bringing it out, or are the computers wrong? Either way the lady in the garden center was a bit rude.

I go to Lowe's to often. On my last visit a customer asked if if I worked there. I replied no but I maybe able to help. They asked their question and I told them what isle and where to find what they were looking for.
When ever I go on most occasions someone will ask if I need help and people like Kyle and Moo, yes his name is Moo will take my items to the car and help me load everything.

In my life I have seen such terrible service as in this establishment. Yesterday I went to buy a lawnmower, there was no one to help me (despite going to the customer service area). I finally found a salesman and when I asked him questions related to the operation of the grass cutter, his response was that he didn't know and that he paid $40 to have that type of work done at his house...// What a great store !!! I couldn't buy anything because of the poor customer service they have!!!!
